Been going here for years and I'd actually rate it 4.5 but am only given a 4 or 5 vote. The reason I won't give it a 5 is because I wish the prices were a little bit better; but other than that, they are good for a quick stop for your pool needs

My husband and i decided to try tri state pools of Fort oglethorpe about 2 years ago, this is where our pool was purchased uby previous home owners. We felt that the service wasn't friendly, we were kind of mocked and laughed at for how we were using walmart products to clear our pool (first time pool owners) they talked us into buying several different products. We eventually had to use luau pools of fort o bc their products and advice were worse.. this year my husband went back, (luau pools was closed on wed. and sun.) Same type of service and nearly $400 later, new filter sand, cases and cases or liquid shock, and other products later, our pool was still very dirty and not "safe to swim" according to their tests. The first test the lady done she "didnt think we needed a test for ammonia" ohps, there went $200 worth of chemical! The next sample she done, "yep its amonia youre going to need to treat that" another $200 later.. pool was STILL not clean and clear after several days. took a sample to luau pools of Fort o (very nice, fast service) pool was clear and safe in a week! He sold me ONE $12 product that cleared it right up! I do not recommend tri state pools ever!

Excellent service with friendly staff. Everyone there very knowledgeable about pools above ground and unground and offer their help with any questions. Love this place!

Would give a zero if I could. Totally scam you into buying chemicals and salt when not needed. When confronted by my husband after we had it tested elsewhere lady was very rude and told him to go to all the pool places, test our water, and pick the one that gives him the best results. I worked at a pool company. Water chemistry is water chemistry. Now we are fighting to get salt out of our pool that was never needed.

Just had our pool liner replaced....could not be more pleased!! David and Dave were so friendly and knowledgeable. They even came on a Sunday morning to fit us in the schedule so we could have a graduation pool party!! I’m a customer for life now!!

Beware ! Went there to get my water checked . The lady put it in new machine and said I had no chlorine. I have a saltwater pool and she said I have to a 10 bags of salt. She checked it with old machine and it showed good. Then she said I trusted new one then the old on. Should have listened to my gut about old reading. Now is 5700 and now I really don't have no chlorine because to much salt. Had to drain pool 3 times to get salt right.

We have been so blessed since the moment we walked into Tri-State to get our pool this year. It feels like family. They have went above and beyond to satisfy our every need with this pool. I would recommend them to anyone!

These kind folks take care of my dad's pool needs know matter the issue. From just getting the water's ph just right to pumps, hoses, or whatever he needs. All the employee's are super friendly and smart as a whip when it comes to your swimming pool needs. 2 thumbs up for Tri-State Pools. Thank y'all so much!!!

Everyone from the front to the back is as friendly as they are knowledgeable. My pool is always clear and healthy and when I make a mistake they are there to set me in the right direction and go above and beyond.

Needed some parts and a nice man behind the parts counter looked at what we brought and recommended a new top to our filter. Gave us instructions on how to install. Great place with excellent customer service! We'll be back.

Needed a new winter cover, I asked the employee working for a cover for my 15' pool. He gave me the cover I purchased. The cover did not fit!!! I called and told a lady what happened she says I needed to buy an 18' cover. Long story short I bought a $75 cover that they won't exchange for a larger cover even though that's the cover they gave me to use. I go there for convenience to not drive down 75 to Chattanooga. I guess I'll just drive to Chattanooga here on out.

I love this place. The prices are fair and the staff is amazing. They helped my husband and I and were so knowledgeable. They do the free water tests and will help get your pool in the best shape! I’m very pleased with this place.
