Everyone is always so helpful when I need any help. I go to Tri State Pools for all my Pool needs.

I LOVE Tri-state Pools. They absolutely are the best. Rebecca helps me with all of my pool needs. There is nothing they don’t know about taking care of pools. I was skeptical if I could do it or not, but with their help I was able to do it!!! I highly recommend them for all of your pool needs. I'm a regional maintenance director for Hilton and Marriott we called Savannah and her crew out and they were awesome. They showed up on time and jumped right into the job. Our pool looks great now, we appreciate the hard work!

We have a simple above ground round pool the chemicals we were buying at big box stores did not have the correct label potency and way too much stabilizer acid in them.
I PURCHASED ALL MY PRODUCTS HERE AND ALL MY PROBLEMS WITH TREATING THE POOL WENT AWAY.
The family type store everyone is pleasant friendly and they offer a military discount.
I noticed a couple of knuckleheads left sore head reviews I can't see any of that being true.
After all having a pool is about having fun maybe a little at home physical
therapy the last thing you want to do is piss off your pool supply people that's like cursing at your cook, just doesn't make sense.

They're there always willing to help help you find your things. You need to fix your equipment when it needs fixing and to lead you in the right direction of what to do with maintenance on your pool. Wonderful place. I would never go anywhere else

Highly recommend shopping here; the prices are pretty competitive but the customer service is outstanding.
They are always willing to take the time to answer any questions I have, and as a first time pool/home owner, I’ve got a lot 😅

They also were able to recommend a super affordable pool cleaning company (it’s a small company; a couple owns it and I think it’s just them and maybe a few employees?).

But at $50 per cleaning, it’s a great deal in my book. It includes full scrub down of walls, vacuuming, skimming, and cleaning out the baskets.
Also, and this goes to show how new to the game I am, they let me know about the additional filter basket next to the pump that needs to be dumped (that I didn’t know existed).

Honey chicken sandwich was awesome. Wish i could give nore than 5 stars. Staff was very nice and professional. Restaurant was clean. Did not not it was that popular. Or i would have ordered head of time. Would gladly tell everyone about this place. And would eat here everyday if i could.

I don’t usually go out of my way to leave a poor review, but that’s how upset I am with this company. I made an appointment for an estimate for kitchen cabinet refacing. They rescheduled twice and then didn’t show for the third appointment. No call to inform and no call afterwards. I left work early for the appointment to then wait for them to not show up. The customer service people are always super sweet, but clearly the designer that was scheduled couldn’t be bothered. I’m sure the experience is different in other areas, but they just wasted my time on more than one occasion after I adjusted my work schedule for it each time.

While visiting from Pennsylvania last week, I had the pleasure of stopping by The Home Depot on Battlefield Parkway numerous times, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. I was greeted by a staff that was not only knowledgeable but genuinely eager to help. Their professionalism and friendliness stood out right away, making what could have been a quick errand into an enjoyable shopping experience.

The selection at this location is outstanding. Whether you’re tackling a major home improvement project or just need a few essentials to help your daughter with her new home, the aisles are well-organized and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for without any hassle, thanks to the clear layout and when I couldn't find something, the employees went above and beyond to assist me.

What truly set this visit apart, however, was the convenience. Being out of town, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this store made everything simple and stress-free. From easy parking and clean facilities to quick checkout and staff ready with answers, every detail was handled with care.

The Home Depot on Battlefield Parkway has earned my highest recommendation. It’s not just a store-it’s a place where superior service, great selection, and true convenience all come together.
