Bailey H&A did a fantastic job in installing my new central HVAC unit. They were quick, friendly, detailed and efficient. They also filled my attic with tons of fluffy white insulation.and closed off my attic with a zip door to stop drafts from the attic. They caulked any holes that they could find to stop energy leaks. I had to adjust my thermostat by 4 degrees so I wouldn’t freeze to death, with it being 88 degrees outside. I could literally feel myself saving money on energy. I was very satisfied with their service.

I was really nervous about choosing a HVAC company - my fan was running all the time and I was pretty convinced I would be told to replace my 12 year old unit. I am a widow and, sadly, have been taken advantage of more than once. Jim from Baileys Heat and Air spent at least an hour checking out everything else after determining the problem was the thermostat and replacing it. I was greatly relieved and will certainly count on them for future needs - nice to trust!

We had a EPB energy assessment done in which Bailey's was a contractor listed for attic insulation and energy efficiency work. They sent out Evan to do a thorough look into our attic and analyze our duct work as well as any gaps of drafts. We received a quote and decided to move forward with Baileys. They did a great job. They were on time for the appointment, we're very courteous and keep things neat. The insulation blown into the attic was well done and think. We were very happy with the job they did.

I can recommend Bailey's They were out in the cold. temperatures. Trying to replce my old furnace for;my new splints,They were so kind and they didn't want to leave the job until they were finished. They came early and stayed late until they got the job finished. I would recommend bailey's. Thank you very much. Bailey's for doing such a great job. I am warm now.

Excellent service. Kevin came by to investigate some gas heat issues we were having. He discovered a cracked heat exchanger in our furnace and detected moderate levels of carbon monoxide were venting throughout our home, likely for months. Had this not been detected, I'm not sure how things would've gone. Baileys was able to arrange an install of a new furnace next day (on a Saturday), and arrange financing for us as well. We were up and running within 24 hours with a brand new furnace and non-toxic heat. This is a great local company who will do anything they can to help. Stellar service- many thanks to Kevin for catching the issue and getting us taken care of so quickly.

Baileys installed a water heater, insulated my attic and installed a new HVAC. All the techs who worked at my house were professional and efficient. Shout out to the water heater installer (didn’t catch his name) for explaining everything to my wife. The HVAC guys Andy & Ezack were awesome, even after having to crawl under my house. I highly recommend Baileys to anyone who needs repairs or replacements.
