Adam was very professional and knowledgeable about the repair we needed. He also was very reasonable and didn't charge an arm and leg just cause he could. Will definitely keep his number and would highly recommend him.

We have used Adam as our "go to plumbing service" for various repairs and installs for years. He installed our water heater, replaced our pressure reducing valve, and repaired and replaced several plumbing fixtures for us. He does quality work at a reasonable price.

After calling multiple companies I stumbled across Adam's Plumbing Service. Adam was very responsive and very affordable. He replaced our bathroom faucet and leaky angle stops. Will definitely use him again in the future!

Adams Plumbing was very knowledgeable, professional, punctual, and reasonable. I called him for my daughter's water heater replacement, he came in on time, fixed the leak quickly, and at a good rate. I would recommend this business for all you plumbing needs.

Adam was very responsive, knowledgeable and kind. He kept me updated on when he could arrive to fix my leaking faucet! He did a wonderful job of replacing the old leaking faucet and pipes which were in a casing around our garden tub (not an easy job)! He repaired and put everything back nicely. I highly recommend his expertise and quality of work, as well as his fair price. He is the only person to call for any plumbing needs!

After receiving an unusually high water bill, I called Adam about a suspected leak. He was able to come over the next day and texted me on his way; great communication. He looked at the water meter and could see dripping right there. But to be thorough, we walked the perimeter of the entire house looking for wet areas, as well as looking at all the toilets and faucets inside the house. He fixed the problem at the meter and verified that the numbers on the meter were staying put, indicating that the leak had been fixed. He then tested the water pressure at the hose bib to ensure the water coming into the lines was now correct. He was knowledgeable, friendly, his work was thorough and efficient, and he was very respectful to me and my home. I highly recommend Adam for any plumbing issue!

Honey chicken sandwich was awesome. Wish i could give nore than 5 stars. Staff was very nice and professional. Restaurant was clean. Did not not it was that popular. Or i would have ordered head of time. Would gladly tell everyone about this place. And would eat here everyday if i could.

I don’t usually go out of my way to leave a poor review, but that’s how upset I am with this company. I made an appointment for an estimate for kitchen cabinet refacing. They rescheduled twice and then didn’t show for the third appointment. No call to inform and no call afterwards. I left work early for the appointment to then wait for them to not show up. The customer service people are always super sweet, but clearly the designer that was scheduled couldn’t be bothered. I’m sure the experience is different in other areas, but they just wasted my time on more than one occasion after I adjusted my work schedule for it each time.

While visiting from Pennsylvania last week, I had the pleasure of stopping by The Home Depot on Battlefield Parkway numerous times, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. I was greeted by a staff that was not only knowledgeable but genuinely eager to help. Their professionalism and friendliness stood out right away, making what could have been a quick errand into an enjoyable shopping experience.

The selection at this location is outstanding. Whether you’re tackling a major home improvement project or just need a few essentials to help your daughter with her new home, the aisles are well-organized and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for without any hassle, thanks to the clear layout and when I couldn't find something, the employees went above and beyond to assist me.

What truly set this visit apart, however, was the convenience. Being out of town, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this store made everything simple and stress-free. From easy parking and clean facilities to quick checkout and staff ready with answers, every detail was handled with care.

The Home Depot on Battlefield Parkway has earned my highest recommendation. It’s not just a store-it’s a place where superior service, great selection, and true convenience all come together.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This is the most unprofessional group of people I've ever encountered in my life. They have a serious lack of knowledge when it comes to diagnosing a problem and refuse to listen when you tell them what's wrong. Don't waste your time or money with these people and if you do, don't be surprised when they can't fix your problem.

We had a house constructed 9 years ago, after losing our home to a fire. This company is the one that was sub-contracted for the heating/air system. The Heat Pump (Goodman) after only a year was low on freon so they came out and filled it up. The next year, same problem. I asked if there was a leak ? They said if it happened again next year, they would check. Year 3, defective coil in upper unit was replaced due to bad Chinese metal, recalled by manufacturer.
Years 4-8 involved $$ for freon and stop leak products. They could not find a leak. Year 8-9 after paying for another service call, I lost my "cool". The tech said they'd been doing this for 30 years and I said I'd been driving a car for 30 years and that does not make me a Good driver.
Had another company come out over Winter months (No Heat) the upper unit heat strip was bad and we were low on freon (imagine that) he said we definitely had a leak as he pumped nitrogen through the system. After 2 days of working on it and unable to find the leak. We are taking bids on a whole new unit with a "reputable" company.
Stay Far Away from this shady group. They don't honor what the warranty says and blame all the problems on the manufacturer of the unit.
If I could rate in the negative #'s I would. It's cheaper to replace than take legal action against their immoral and dishonest practice of these crooks.

We have been using this company for 24 years. They have always went over and above when fixing our units...and always in a timely manner . We even had them install two new units 10 years ago at our new home. They worked with us on pricing and gave us an incredible deal. They are honest, dependable, and professional. We recommend them everytime someone we know needs heat and air work.

The duct work had fallen loose from the floor vent. Do to it being a mishap that was not sealed to hold. It was warranty and resealed by Tech. Service was did the next day promptly after I called. Technicians was nice even asked in shoe covers were needed. The time was taken to make sure the duct work was sealed securely with vent cover in place and air blowing through vent before leaving. Thanks guys!

Working with Randy and his crew was great, impressed with overall service and very satisfied with pricing and their work.

Bailey's installed a new HVAC system this past summer. From the sales to after install follow up the service has been excellent. The staff are experienced and personable and available to contact. On a hot humid Chattanooga late summer day the install was interrupted by a discovered plumbing leak. They waited for a plumber to come and repair the leak and then stayed late into the evening so we could have ac that night. Evan was experienced and did a compulsive perfectionist job of installing. After install a manufacturer thermostat defect was discovered and they have followed through as an advocate to help get the problem corrected. Kevin has done a great job. They have demonstrated honesty and integrity and I would reccomend this company to anyone looking to have Heating and Air service.

The techs are courteous and on time. They perform system checks and maintenance as needed. A great company to work with.
