The Dyer Landscaping crew removed an existing failing retaining wall and installed an engineered concrete wall. They completed the project in only 3 days during the coldest weather of the year. The wall looks great and will correct a long term water drainage issue.

Very responsive and did great work. Had sod move due to heavy rain and they were great and timely on coming back taking care of it. Highly recommend

I was very impressed with Dyer Landscaping; they gave me both an excellent price and exactly what I asked for. I sent them a picture of a stone paver path and the final product was identical. I also appreciated the fact that they gave me truly honest advice, which I could tell was for my benefit and not for their monetary gain. I will use them for my next landscaping project.

In my front yard, I had a large tree removed and stump ground and then a landscaped bed with plants and mulch put in its place. In back and side of my house, I had my Crepe Myrtle's all trimmed/cleaned up and had medium sized rocks installed around 9 of them. I also had the rocks installed alongside my house to help simplify and minimize maintenance. Finally, I had 40 feet by 2 feet of pea gravel installed at the base of my deck. The team had to dig down below ground level so the metal edging and pea gravel were even with the ground and below the grass level to make it easy for me to mow over it. Joey, Ed, and team did a great job with all the work and went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the end result. Very happy with Dyer Lanscaping and all their hard work!

I use to cut my own lawn and shrubs. I really enjoyed it but I couldn’t give it the attention it really needed. Dyer Landscape took over 4 years ago, and my yard is the best looking in my entire neighborhood. Joey’s guys use a reel mower, so my grass is less than an inch tall. Basically, my lawn looks like a fairway at a top rated golf club. I have had Dyer do various projects (total rip and replace landscaping and stone work) and Joey has great taste and always has competitive pricing. Totally regret I didn’t give up mowing myself sooner.

I live in Snellville and had my yard sodded and drain lines put in by Dyer Landscape. They responded to my request to come for an estimate, gave the estimate in a timely manor, and did the work within 5 days of approval. Everything looks great! Everything was cleaned up afterwards. I would use this company again.

Great bunch of people. Joey gave us a quote for a job involving removing a fence and grading the backyard and sod installation. Though his quote was a bit higher than another company, we gave the job to his company named Dyer landscaping due to his professional attitude and just a gut feeling

His crew was extremely accommodating, pleasant and skilled. The job was completed before the scheduled time. No unpleasant surprises and no problems of any kind. I will recommend them without hesitation

Have you ever had a contractor start BEFORE promised? No? We did! We live in Flowery Branch just over the Hall County/Gwinnett County line and had tried contacting other landscape companies to lay sod and install irrigation and really had no luck or consistency to commitments. Joey was referred to us by a friend and I am so glad he was. He came out the same day I called him to give me an estimate. On the initial walk of the yard with Joey he identified a drainage issue we didn't know we had. And, he was upfront with us about what irrigation would and wouldn't do for our particular circumstance. Once the sod install was complete we were so happy with the Dyer Landscape crew, Edwardo's (lead) knowledge of the project and the fact that Joey was onsite multiple times during the install and grass was sooo pretty. We were so happy, in fact, we asked for an landscaping overhaul. Again, Joey and his team showed up before the offered start day and knocked the job out. It is absolutely stunning. In addition to the professionalism and promptness, Joey also texted me multiple times during both installs to make sure I was happy and addressed every question I had quickly. I just finished up a job with Dyer landscaping.
They installed several 10-12 foot trees in my backyard and front yard to replace trees I lost in a storm. They did an excellent job with both timing and installation of the trees as well as installing some pine straw. Everybody was very professional and interested in doing a succinct installation from start to finish. I highly recommend using them. You will not be disappointed.

He is quick to respond to get you an estimate, has you scheduled in a timely manner, and his crews are very knowledgeable about the job at hand. We moved to Homer , Ga last year . Our property was a blank slate. After Dyer Landscaping put there skills to work , we now have the important projects off the list . We needed a place leveled for a RV cover , our front yard leveled for drainage concerns, sod laid, and lots of gravel for our drive through driveway, and trees removed. Dyer Landscaping got it done in a weeks time . Thank you Joey a crew ….we now have curb appeal.

I have been in my home 23 years and over the years my backyard completely washed away. Joey and his team fixed the problem and gave me a beautiful back yard. Great experience with Dyer. They completely changed our backyard from many trees to a large open play area. The main service performed was correcting a severe water drainage issue to allow the rain water to flow into drainage basins rather than my muddy yard and into my neighbor's yard. The landscape crew was very good. The leader, Ed, was great to work with and he made sure all of the details were completed.

I am thoroughly disappointed in RELIABLE HEAT & AIR. I am currently still awaiting repair of a blower on a 2 year old TRANE unit I bought from RELIABLE in August, 2023. MY SYSTEM REMAINS UNFIXED even though I called RELIABLE on Tuesday to report an issue with this 2- year old unit.

In August of 2023 I needed to replace 2 of the 3 units at my home. I decided to do one at a time to gauge the performance and service used. I purchased an 18 seer TRANE unit to replace a dual fuel heat & air 16 seer LENNOX unit that lasted 21 years and which serviced my zoned 3rd floor of my home. RELIABLE sent 2 technicians who spent a full day removing the Lennox unit and installing the new Trane unit. 24 hrs later, we realized the unit wasn’t working so we recalled RELIABLE. 4 days later RELIABLE sent a technician who spent 4.5+ hours troubleshooting before determining that the system was wired incorrectly, however, he shared that he was not permitted to rewire it; that would require a different crew. It took another 3 days while my family made do in the August heat. RELIABLE can can check their records assuming they keep this data to see that everything I state here is 100% FACT!

In November, 2023, I replaced a second Lennox unit at my home using a COMPETITOR of RELIABLE. The LENNOX unit I decided to replace, still worked, but lasted 21+ years also. I replaced it primarily due to its age and to get away from the “old” Freon system for environmental reasons. I decided not to use RELIABLE, and went to a competitor who sold me a similar sized-capacity unit made by RHEEM. I take very good care of all my units (3) and to-date, the RHEEM unit which is the workhorse in my home has performed admirably servicing the main level of my house. The company that I used to purchase the second unit from has won my business for my corporation as well. I am a Global Director of Procurement for a $16.2B fiber conglomerate with North American headquarters in the metro area. That competitor to RELIABLE has benefited from their excellent performance at my home because I’ve mandated we use them for all of our commercial needs (>142 units) at the corporate level.

Note that I purchased this TRANE unit from RELIABLE in August 2023. In March of 2024, I called for normal preventative maintenance which I do on all of my units. RELIABLE came out and found that the system wasn’t functioning as it should. It took RELIABLE 6 different visits over a span of 3+ weeks using everyone from technicians to a field supervisor before they finally determined the 8 month old unit needed the evaporator replaced. Then that took 7 days before a replacement evaporator was sent to my home and for them to come out 2 days later to do the repairs. In late July, 2025, my system again failed shortly after annual preventative maintenance. RELIABLE determined I again needed to replace the evaporator a second time. That took another 9 days from initial reporting to repair. Less than a month later, the same unit failed again. Again it took RELIABLE 3 days to get me scheduled for a technician(s) to come to my home. Then they told me that the blower in the same TRANE unit needed to be replaced. I’m still waiting for that to be repaired while running every ceiling fan.

RELIABLE HEAT & AIR has been the worst performing company I’ve dealt with both professionally and personally! I've tried complaining to the company directly, but it's proven they don't care. I challenged RELIABLE (in a survey response) to pull up my records and they will see that what I state here to be 100% accurate and factual. All they need to do is review the history of servicing my home. This experience with RELIABLE has been a nightmare! I would never recommend your company. That commercial you broadcast is what got me to call you in the first place, now it’s just a reminder of a company with strong brand presence, but subpar service.

I’d like to thank Mr Floyd Arena for an outstanding job in the installation of my 65 gallon hybrid hot water heater. He’s extremely knowledgeable and professional, installation clean up and the overall process was a pleasure to witness. He is a wonderful person and takes pride in he’s craft of being a master plumber. Reliable Heating and Air should be proud to have you representing the company. Highy recommended this gentleman and the company.

Nick was very professional and super nice! He arrived on time, worked efficiently on my system, gave me an honest assessment of the problems, then worked to solve it. He even made my next appt for me, to save me the trouble of calling. I would be happy to have him work on my HVAC system again!
