My AC went out and I was having issues with the company that installed the unit, so I called Reliable to diagnose my problem. He came out told me my refrigerant was empty and must have a leak. He charged me $500 to find the leak and that the leak was coming from the worst spot and I should just replace my whole unit instead of repairing.

I then finally got the company that installed it out here and they said it was just a common coil leak. Reliable only cares to line their pockets and upsale their units. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I had an issue and needed to have a tankless water heater replaced. Tony came out, looked at my situation worked with me to identify the best solution and set up a good time to get the replacement done his professional and accommodating for all the work that need to be done for my family. It is a clean and well done installation. I would definitely look to have additional work done in the future by both Reliable and the plumber Tony Massey.

Chad was awesome. He got done to business and found the problem, which he said has never seen in is 17years of experience. But that didn't slow him down. He was able to get the required material and finish the job in a very timely manner.
He explained the issue, due to gas water heater in a laundry room and the need to keep lint away from vents. He left with the place clean as a whistle.
Glad I used Reliable for my ACs and waterheater.
And repair was free because unit is on payment plan.

Aaron was very knowledgeable on our Daikin mini-split. He got it working & did a thorough check on the unit. He explained what he was doing & what items may have to be addressed in the future.

During severe cold weather this past week, my 18 year-old heating system finally stopped working, and I was in need of a new system at a fair price good quality and immediate installation. I called several companies for estimates reliable was the first to respond the first to get to my house and speak with me and evaluate the situation and after other companies finally responded and the best quality and price of installation was provided by reliable they came out the next morning completed the work within hours and I am extremely pleased with my entire experience, from the advisor to the installers. I hope to work with reliable on future maintenance and upkeep of my new system.

Our HVAC/heating quit after 29 years. I contacted a few companies in town for checking our system but only one came to check our unit. Their response was that the repair was just a “band-aid” that may last just for short time; their estimate for replacing the whole unit was quite high. My last call was to Reliable; Richard Chavalier, was the person who came and did the inspection and the estimate that happened to be less than half from the others. They offer financing and they installation was done as planned.
For us, they deserve 5 stars.

Reliable did a great job for us with two new systems. Our rep Charles was out on Wednesday and we had units installed by Friday afternoon. Charles outlined our needs with his knowledge, experience and transparency.
The installation crew was at our house by10am and were finished by 5pm, they did great job given they had to remove our old systems upstairs and Downstairs. They had to reconfigure given the age of our home. It was a very hot day and they hung in there to complete the job.

From the beginning July of 2023 there has been issues with this unit. The install was less than desirable to say the least and had to be repaired shortly after installation. The filter on the handler was not easily accessible due to pipe placement locations. For two months after installation was completed our home was still not cool as it should have been. I went into the attic to have a look and the duct coming off the plenum box had completely separated so I had been cooling the attic for quite sometime.That was corrected on the second visit but the slot the filter goes into still rips the filter when trying to replace. Installers also melted the siding on my home while soldering copper lines on the outside of my home.On September 4,2025 technicians left my home assuring me that the part to repair my ac unit had been ordered and would be shipped to my home. Once the part arrived they would contact me to install said part. After not receiving any emails or phone calls on September 6,2025 I called back to confirm the part had been ordered only to find out, according to their representative there was no record of it discovered . I was informed that the representative would email the parts department and that it could take another 48 hours for a response from that department. I just want my unit repaired and fixed to where I can replace my filter easily without having to strategically remove parts of it trying to get it out to replace it. Even though every Tech out has been friendly and for the most part punctual, the issues seem ongoing.

Reliable is the best. I would not use any other service. Byron is an exceptional tech. He is highly skilled and a customer service expert. He was kind and professional. He did a great job and made sure I understood what he was doing. I hope he is a role model for your company.

Our heat just shut off at 8 pm. Called and immediately got an appointment for first thing this morning. Aaron called and said he would be here at 9 am. On time at 9, came in assessed the problem as a defective water pump. Had one on the truck and 45 minutes later we had heat. He also completed our annual maintenance on both A/C and heat. Aaron was great. He was efficient and kept me informed of everything he did and what was necessary. Aaron was also probably one of the nicest service people we have ever had do work at our home. Will definitely use Reliable again and ask for Aaron.

He was thorough, professional, and took the time to clearly explain the new technology and the scope of work required. He also scheduled the installation quickly.
