Called for a emergency service call as I’m 8 months pregnant and my elderly grandmother and I weren’t sure what we were going to do without heat with highs of 8 degrees.. I was greeted by a friendly efficient secretary; response time was immaculate & my technician Jon was knowledgeable, friendly, and quick and got my old school system up and running in no time when I thought all was lost. So thank you for amazing and compassionate customer service will be recommending to all my friends and Nail will always have my business!

Google, first of all, I have no reason to lie about anyone or thing when I am paying my hard earn money for honest complete service to be renered. We are senior citizens in ours late 70's and 84 years old. At this stage my wife is going thru her cancer treatment which is a life and death issues.
The company, we had a yearly contract which we paid in full to service ours furnace and air conditioning. In past, we never had any concerns or problems with their work. Starting 2023 until 2025 to us their attitude and trustworthy change. My last recent experience, the technical remove and cut off my furnace so we could not get any heat for ours home. Plus the old part he took out he carry it off with him.
Bottom line: I find as Senior citizens across the board of living in this new world order, we have to stand up for our right of respect and truth.

Just before Christmas, our furnace quit working. Nail quickly worked us into their busy schedule, came when they said they would, were very polite and professional. We have an older furnace and sourcing the parts was challenging, especially with the holidays, but they got us fixed up ASAP. Had one glitch afterward, and I panicked, but they were back out in a flash and had us straightened out and warm again same day. Kudos for great customer service (and patience), and for quick, professional, reasonably-priced work. Highly recommend this company.

I needed to replace my 14-year-old HVAC unit. Nail was recommended to me by a few neighbors and the process of getting an estimate is smooth and effortless. Price is very competitive. Dean is extremely knowledgeable about the system, and Steven and Lee did an amazing job with the installation. Overall a great experience. I am glad I went with Nail and highly recommend their service.

I was referred to this business and couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. The heating issue that I had was not covered by my home warranty company (just my luck) and the company they had come out provided an estimate that caused me to gasp for air. After calling Nail, Christine and Ronnie got my issue resolved in a very expeditious manner that resulted in over a 50% cost savings (excluding inspection fee). While, it's only been a few days since repair, I've been able to sleep comfortably without my thermostats sending any warning messages of extreme temperatures. Will recommend to others based off of this experience.

Geoffrey and Jeremy did an awesome job. We've used Nail before and will use them again. Our house was struck by lightning. The hit fried the upstairs Heat/Air. These guys installed our new unit quickly and professionally. Their people are always professional and friendly. Great price and value. In this day where all price are rising they are fair with their prices. Also their systems will save us money in the long run.

I can’t thank Nail Heating & Air enough for what they did for me. My AC unit broke down and I had someone come out to look at it. They wanted to screw me over by telling me I needed an entire new unit that would cost $7,000. I called Nail and had them come out to give me a second opinion. Not only did I not need a new unit they fixed it then and there! They were all very polite and professional from the person that booked my appointment to the techs that came out and fixed my unit. I will continue to give them my business when needed. Thank you!!

During the home inspection for my home sale, the inspector discovered that the main AC unit wasn't working, which was going to cause major concerns potentially NOT closing the deal. However, I called Candice explained the situation, and she dispatched Mr. Ronnie ASAP. He arrived while the potential buyers were still at the house. He quickly assessed the situation, fixed the problem, and explained to me with the buyers present what occurred. Bottom line, they saved us a ton of agony and frustration as well as impressed the new home owners to become a customer!!! Simply superb Customer Service !!!

My original units were installed by Nail in 2005. They maintained and repaired those units until I finally replaced them in 2022 and 2023. Their service team did a great job over the years responding quickly and efficiently to any needs.when it came time to replace, their folks gave a fair and reasonable price. Their installers did a great job with the replacements. They were fast, efficient and professional.

I had an issue with my heat pump system and called another company. During this service the technician stated I was low on freon and had to add some. That night it all leaked out. After calling the original company back out was told the system was shot and needed replacing. My last quote was to be from Nail Heating and Air. After hearing my story of what had transpired Steven asked to do a quick leak test and found only thing leaking was a Schraeder valve. Once replaced and system recharged it is working fine. Thank You Nail Heating and Air you saved me thousand's.

I called Nail Heating & Air Conditioning after my heat pump went out on my HVAC system. Brian was friendly and quickly able to identify the problem. Steven came the next day to confirm the issue and layout all of the options to have the system in working order. The scheduling was easy thanks to the office staff. The two install techs (Marty and Geo) were professional and worked worked quickly to replace the unit. I wasn't excited to replace the heat pump on my system, but the Nail Heating & Air Conditioning team made the process much easier with their customer service.

Nail Heating and Air provides the greatest customer service with reasonable pricing. Their staff is friendly and go over and above your expectations. Brian was my technician and he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He made sure I knew what I was getting. I was a little late arriving home for my appointment and he waited until I arrived. I would highly recommend Nail Heating and Air to keep your home warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

Another great experience yesterday with Nail Heating & Air Conditioning! I got a new system from them last summer and yesterday's visit was for system maintenance. They are conscientious about appointment set up as they had sent me a postcard reminding me to call to set up an appointment. I work for a CPA firm and hadn't had a chance to do that yet with tax season just being over, so they called a couple of weeks ago to book that appointment. I appreciated that! They called yesterday to let me know the tech was on his way. Ben arrived timely and could not have been a more pleasant or knowledgeable young man. Ben is a great asset to their company. He had been to my house a few times when he was in training, but he came by himself yesterday and did a great job! I am extremely pleased with Nail Heating & A/C from the people in the office to every visit they have made to my home. I will recommend (and DO recommend!!) Nail Heating & A/C to anyone who needs repairs, maintenance or a new system!

Our A/C went out a couple of weeks ago. Tracey came out and gave us the dismal news that we needed to replace our whole HVAC system. It served us well for 23 years! Steve Nail came out and presented our options and within a couple of days, our new system was installed by Jeffrey and Javell. Steve came back out a week later to ensure everything was installed and working properly. Their prompt service from determining the problem to professionalism through installation, and extraordinary communication throughout the entire process was exceptional.
