Just bought a house where Supreme installed a brand new system. Our compressor keeps intermittently going out and system won’t cool. Upon contacting them they sent a tech out days later that admitted they knowingly installed an undersized unit and that there’s nothing they can do. Just very disappointed in their service and integrity. I’ve now been ghosted after trying to contact several times to make it right.

I would not recommend this company, first they gave me a quote and changed at the last minute. Then they were late for the installation appointment after having a 2 hour window to arrive. Then, after installation, I found out that they did not properly seal the furnace they installed, so air was escaping. Then, when it rain hard , I find out that my roof is leaking where they installed the exhaust vent for the furnace. I then had to call them to seal the roof. They came late again.
