I called at 11:00 am to schedule an appointment not only was I able to get an appointment that day but within 3 hours of me scheduling my appointment my AC was repaired and running cooler than ever before. If you trust any company with your A C / Heating repairs look no further . Mr. Steph will not disappoint. Thank you much for your service . Seth was professional, really nice and quick to answer during our emergency.
A/C went out Saturday night, we placed calls Sunday and followed up today through our insurance with no calls back so my husband, knowing he could not survive another night reached out to Supreme Air.
We were originally told between 3 and 5 today, then with grace, updated to 1:30.
He was on time, got it inspected, repaired and the cool air is already flowing.
Great customer service and excellent communications as well as response.

My experience with them was an absolute disgrace and cost me thousands of dollars due to their utter incompetence. I paid them over $7,000 to install three mini-split air conditioning units, and what I received was a botched job that left the units dysfunctional and my home without proper cooling.
Their 'installation' was so profoundly flawed that it required a competent company to completely redo their work, forcing me to incur significant additional expenses on top of what I had already wasted with Supreme Air and Heating. When confronted about their disastrous workmanship and the immediate need for costly repairs, they not only refused to rectify their glaring mistakes but also flat-out denied any refund for their negligent service.
This isn't just about poor service; it's about sheer unprofessionalism and a complete disregard for their customers and the money they hand over. Supreme Air and Heating proved themselves to be incapable of the job and completely unapologetic for the mess they created. Save yourself the headache, the frustration, and the financial drain – steer clear of SUPREMEAIR Air conditioning and Heating at all costs!

I had a fantastic experience with SUPREMEAIR Air Conditioning and Heating Company when my AC suddenly stopped working during a heatwave. This is my second time using them, and their service did not disappoint once again . Their technician Frank arrived promptly, was incredibly professional, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Not only was the repair done efficiently, but he also took the time to explain what went wrong and how to prevent it in the future. The pricing was fair, and the customer service was top-notch. I highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable and honest AC repair. They’ve earned my trust once again!!!

They worked on it and even advised me of errors that were made by the people who did the renovations before I bought the house. So now should not have problems in the future. Thanks so much !

SupremeAir Air Conditioning and Heating were professional, kind, and dedicated from start to finish. Seth and Rodney and his team has years of experience, and it showed in how they handled our project. From 9am until almost 7pm, the team worked hard to remove a broken unit from our cramped attic without tearing down any walls. They were by far the most professional team we could have worked with.

What could have been a major headache was done with quality and care. They even came back the following week to check on the unit and make sure everything was running properly, which really stood out. The AC unit they replaced has blown nothing but cold air ever since, perfect!

The price was incredibly fair, the service top-notch, and we’ll definitely keep using them for repairs, maintenance, and servicing.

These guys are slow and meticulous, did a great job and happy with the new unit and the price. Very clean and tidy install. Rerouted some other things original installer made a mess of too. Easy to work with, very friendly, just be patient. Even coordinated my gas hookup for me. Above and beyond expectations, but they work at their pace, not yours. We were not in an emergency and happy to wait if they had to put an emergency ahead of us, which they did. Hope they do the same for us and confident they will if required.

When setting up for someone to come out to fix our AC unit they said it was a $95 trip charge that can ultimately go into the cost of repairs once they find out what is wrong with it. Today when the guy "Jonathan" came out the tune was very different. They came inside and had me turn on the unit, then they went outside and said that the capacitor was bad. It looked very good as there was no bubbling on the capacitor whatsoever. They replaced the capacitor and said it was $200. So a $30 part costs $200 once 10 minute labor is applied. But here is the kicker. They said the total bill was $295 because we had to pay for diagnostic fee. When we set up the appointment the nice lady said it would roll over into the repair bill but now (today) $95 is just the cost of telling the customer what is wrong and will not be applied to the cost of repair. At some point of the conversation the technician stated " I got to feed my family". So jacking up prices to hard working people is a way to feed your family? I suggest that you do not use NAIL Heating and Air as they will bait and switch the diagnostic charge as it will not roll over toward the cost of repairs. Maybe a few of you have $95 to flush down the toilet, we don't. I hate to pay $200 for a capacitor but I can live with that, but $295 is where I draw the line. I'll be disputing the charge and will be satisfied paying $200 even though it is wrong to swindle people as they never told us how much the capacitor was until after install and then he lied about the trip charge. I paid to get him off of our property. Finally, I did see the breaker box open as one can assume that he flicked the breaker box switch to the unit and it was all good.

Some of this is on me as I should have youtubed some general issues of AC not cooling before calling these crooks out to take my $295.

I hate to rate this place with a 1, but the lady (Candace) who answered the phone wanted me to change my filter and call back later that day. I asked how far out they were booked and she said a couple of weeks. So, I said couldn't you schedule me, so 20 more people won't get ahead of me? If that does the trick, I will cancel I promise! She was a bit snotty about it but said she'd put me down for next week. Didn't give me a day or time. So I called around, had another company come out to assess. Turns out, I need a whole new unit, inside and out. I hope Mr Nail reads this, I have the $, had good intentions too. I did call Candace back to cancel an appointment I don't think she made anyway, and told her why. She seemed apologetic. I normally don't post bad reviews...you can look! Well, anyways...I have dropped the rock 🪨

I moved into my home in Hampton in February and Nail updated the main unit for the house and added a mini-split for our sunroom. The sunroom was a major concern of mine. I prefer it to be ~70 degrees in the house year round and with the size and lack of ventilation in the sunroom, I just didn't think it was possible. When Steven came initially we discussed a few options and I decided to bite the bullet and add the mini-split. I waited until now, mid-July, with the first heatwave to add a review because I wanted to see how everything performed under stress. All I can say is Steven understood and delivered what I wanted. I am convinced I could have it at 50 in the house even with the heat index >100 and >90 degree heat, with the Sunroom being the fastest to cool if I want to change the temp. The entire house is nice and comfortable, and the sunroom is no concern all maintaining 70.

On top of it all, I had 2 other quotes and Nail was also the best price (it was still more than I wanted to pay, but I blame COVID for the general outrageous pricing, but again, Nail had the best pricing of the estimates I received).

Since the install, I have had a few questions and Nail treats me like a new customer every time in that, although they have my business already, they are always willing to pay attention and answer my questions promptly.

Definitely no regrets and I highly recommend Nail. They are local to Hampton and provide quality services.
