I needed a new unit to replace the one that was over 30 years old. Jackson Heating & Cooling were over $1k cheaper than my other quotes. They came out quickly, did a great job, and followed up afterwards to make sure everything was good. Great service!

Had Jackson out to replace my original 16-year old HVAC system. Installation went very smoothly, and I appreciate the decrease in energy costs during this extreme heat. Everyone was professional, from the owner to coordinator to installers. I received a fair price for the new unit and in line with quotes from other companies.

I can’t say enough good about Jackson Heating and Cooling! I’ve known the owner since she was a customer at a bank I worked for in the past. I came home last night to a HOT house! I called them this morning after having had another company come look at the unit and finding out I would need to replace the whole thing inside and outside! That company didn’t offer financing and then I I thought of Joan! I called them and was given a rough estimate, they sent me the application for financing, I completed that and was approved immediately! Then I got a call back and they verified my address and said a tech was coming to get all the information from our unit so they could give the exact cost. That tech, John, was at my house in less than an hour! I’ve signed all my financing documents, the rough estimate ended up being the true cost and they’re going to call me later today to schedule the unit replacement for the beginning of next week! To say they are amazing is an understatement! Thank you so much to everyone at Jackson Heating and Cooling!!

Called for regular yearly service and they were able to schedule our appointment next day!

HVAC Services Recommendation for Butts and Surrounding Counties.

If you need HVAC services in the Butts and surrounding counties, give Jackson Heating and Cooling a call. These professionals are where you need to start. My service was beyond exceptional and more than reasonably priced.

I had the pleasure of working with several of their employees, from the receptionist to the technicians. I can’t stress enough how much of a joy it was to connect and conduct business with them.

Mike and his son replaced our AC unit and did a wonderful job. The customer service was awesome. They explained the process each step of the way and worked with us to complete the financing. We are very satisfied and highly recommend!

They put in a new unit and thermostat and saved us from a miserable summer last year. Only thing is they never told us where the filter was located to change it out and when we called they said it was “probably” in the return vent but they never came in and put a filter in and our return has no filter. So for a year we’ve had no filter and don’t know where it is to put a filter.

Chris, from Jackson Heating & Cooling came out to inspect an issue that had been occurring with one of our air units. It was working, but blowing out hot air due to not being connected properly by a previous tech...Chris was able to correct the problem within less than ten minutes!👏🏼 Chris was professional, thorough and efficient! Charged every time to come out three times to fix the same problem Which was not correctly fixed the first two times.

These people are rude and discourteous. While having dealings with these workers in public, they went out of their way to be extremely rude. I do not recommend them and would advise others to steer clear of the company because of the lack of customer service.

I was at a neighbors condo when your technician rang the doorbell, then immediately opened the security door and tried to open the front door. The homeowner confronted him about and your employee lied about the whole thing. Your supervisor backed up your ebployee.

I had a complete heating and air system installed recently. Although the unit appears to work just fine I was very disappointed with the install contractors. During the install one of the contractors sawed wood with an electric saw inside my home. I now have sawdust covering every surface in my home. Laminate floors, carpet, bed linens, towels, dishes, blinds, ceiling fans, walls, furniture, kitchen appliances and more. I am shocked that he didnt think this would be a huge problem. He did not try to isolate the hvac area nor did he tell me he needed to do some electric sawing to complete the install. Had I known, I would have given him a bedsheet or 2 to tape up and isolate the sawdust to that small area instead of the entire home. When they left, they broom swept the sawdust but the floor was still dusty and my dogs left paw prints all over the laminate floors. Also, my filters probably need to be changed already because I ran both the heating and a/c to check them out and the air was full of dust. I gave all this information to Joan and never heard a word back.
I should not have 10 loads of laundry and 2 full days of cleaning to get my home back in the condition it was when they arrived.

We called to find an appropriate countermeasure for an excessive amount of dust getting into our house. 2 minutes and $75 later, we're informed to clean the house and keep it clean...
This was confirmed by less than 5 second intervals of looking at each vent.
Not sure if this diagnosis is legit and if there is absolutely nothing we can do, but, will NOT be calling Jackson Heating & Cooling again, thanks for the business years prior, folks, yall lost a customer.

Well, after calling them because of their good reviews here. I found out differently. After ordering the control board ($200) they said I needed, I called another company to come put the part in. That technician discovered it was not the control board but was a bad thermostat. When I alerted Jackson's owner to the fact as I thought they would like to know their tech did not correctly diagnose my trouble, it was pretty much an defensive attitude from the owner. Never once did the owner say I'm sorry or what can I do to make this right or I'll talk to our tech. Oh, she did say 'everyone makes mistakes and there's nothing I can do about that.' WHAT EVER HAPPENED to the customer comes first. You make your own judgement about using this company.
