Just moved in to a new house to find that the upstairs AC unit no longer works, even though it worked for the home inspection, hmmmm? Called several places and John from Comfort was quick to call back, came to check the unit the next day and his cost estimate was well below the companies. I had him fix the AC and furnace for personal peace of mind and cannot commend him enough for being quick, courteous and reasonable priced. Highly recommended.
Updating this review for 2025: New house, new AC and furnace needed and called John at ComfortAtlanta and he was here that afternoon to give me the good/bad news.
The team just left the new install and I am incredibly satisfied. His guys are great, super nice, work quick and clean and were finished in just a few hours.

Tech was very knowledgeable and polite. He did not try to pressure me into purchasing a new unit. He carefully explained the issues with my furnace and provided options.

What a great company to work with! We have had several AC units with issues in the past month, every time we called them for service they have come to our location within few hours and fixed the issue. John was professional and knowledgeable. He came out quickly to give us a quote on replacing our A/C unit. He was even able to get us on the schedule the same week. The techs were on time and cleaned up. The entire experience was great! I received 5 quotes and Comfort was the only company that seemed interested in our business and values their customers!

Demetrio was on time and very professional. He came prepared with protective shoe coverings (I didn't have to ask). I was able to comfortably get my questions answered and I liked how thorough he was with his explanations. It's clear that he's knowledgeable about HVACs. Update: I’m still very happy with their service. Edgar was my technician today and he was very professional and thorough. Also I really appreciate how easy it is to get a hold of them. You are almost always talking to a real person when you call and if on the rare occasion you have to leave a message, they call you right back.

The best HVAC company I have used. They are on time, efficient and are happy to answer questions. They have been helping me stay cool and warm for over 5 years.

Update 2023:
My main level unit was serviced by Comfort Atlanta as part of my maintenance package. Upon inspection of the furnace, it was determined to be leaking carbon monoxide. John was able to come out and quote a whole new system that was fairly priced and able to be installed the next day. This is my second replacement with them and I can’t be happier with the service I receive from them.

Original (2022):
Fan motor on upstairs AC unit went out on Friday. John and team were able to send somebody out Monday morning to service. Upon further review, the system could’ve been fixed but was near end of life as it was. John worked with me to find best option and was available to install very next day. During install, Andrew and team were very thorough and professional. The install took around 4 hours and they even gave me a breakdown of all they did. Im beyond impressed with this company and will definitely be recommending them. I even signed up for maintenance plans to keep my other units running.

They came and addressed the problem quickly. Great service and reasonable prices.

The technician quickly corrected our problem and was very knowledgeable and pleasant.

Comfort Atlanta Heating & Air did a fantastic job helping me out with my thermostat and furnace issue. Within 30min of calling them they had their tech Demetrio at my house to diagnose and fix my HVAC issue. Within an hour both my thermostat and furnace were functioning again. I'll be using them again in the future for maintenance.

Demetrio was very professional. He was able to fix my A/C unit quickly. I recently had another company come out and they tried to sell me a brand new HVAC unit when it was not needed. Confort Atlanta Heating and Air is super professional and honest. They have a costumer for life!

I have had two experiences lately with Comfort heating and Air that I am so grateful for. Demetrio is a superb technician - professional, experienced and very smart. He was my first experience when he came out quickly after a call and got my A/C running.
Today I had a new unit put in and I could not believe how smoothly everything went. The total time it took for installation was 2 1/2 hours for a 4 ton Trane Heating and A/C unit. Antonio and his partner were most courteous, clean, pleasant and above all - EXPERIENCED! I love it when people are good at their trade!
