Torrence was very knowledgeable and straight forward. Good experience!

Came to my house today. Would not listen to what I said about the lid switch being broken that allows the machine to spin. He runs the machine through the cycle, fills the tank with water and waits to spin, says it’s the timer.
I know my machine, and know the machine will not spin if the lid is up and/or the switch is pressed. I’ve held that switch down many times to watch it spin, also I know this because it has happened before and was repaired. I was so mad that he would not listen to me that I paid the 89.00 dollars. Now I’m stuck getting the water back out of the machine again . But would never recommend this company!

Please stay away from this place technician was super late and when he got here gave the wrong diagnosis and didn’t give me a price on the recommendation that was given. He told me to buy another stove top. Keep in the mind the stove top is only 7 months old. The owner stated that the technician had more than 20 years of experience I can’t tell. You will be better off going thru thumbtack. Just ridiculous

We met Torrence when he worked with another company. Appreciated his professionalism so called when we needed him again...SUCCESS! He will be our 1st call if we have any other ailing appliances. On time, automated msg system, friendly, cost conscious , good business model, and very professional.

I am so thankful to Repair Appliance Tech! My tenants' refrigerator stopped working on a Sunday. As I feverishly looked for anyone open on Sunday, only two out of the 15 companies I called were able to come out that day. I went with Repair Appliance Tech because the other company couldn't make it until five hours later, where as Repair Appliance Tech was able to confirm an arrival time within the hour.

I did not expect much from them in the way of customer service and expertise. I just wanted the refrigerator fixed. In that emergency situation I was just fine with the minimum. However, Torrance the owner and Darwish the technician worked in tandem to get the issue fixed with stellar customer service. Torrance stated he understood how problematic a broken refrigerator is.

He proved this by going above and beyond to secure the part they needed to complete the job the next day. What I like is that Torrance didn't over promise. He explained that he could not confirm that the part would be in the warehouse until they opened the next day. He communicated how he would proceed in a worst case scenario.

Luckily the part was in and they were able to complete the job the next day. It was such a blessing to cross paths with Repair Appliance Tech in my emergency. They had great communication, customer service, and expertise. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again in the future.

My microwave is mounted in the wall, initially it presented some problems to remove the old microwave and install a new one. Repair Appliance Tech continued to work through the removal and installation until the job was successfully finished.
