The dirt they sell called “top soil” at $40 a yard, is nothing but straight up fill dirt. Not one bit of organic matter, nothing but hard ass clay. Cant really tell until a few wet/dry cycles, then it’s obvious. Disappointed. The other services may be great: but don’t buy that dirt expecting “top soil”. Feel like I was scammed honestly.

“Topsoil is the upper layer of soil. It has the highest concentration of organic matter and microorganisms and is where most of the Earth's biological soil activity occurs.”

Or even the common sense understanding that it must have organic material (which is what literally sets it apart from fill dirt.)

The dirt you provided dries as hard as mortar; Roman’s could have used it to build Rome, but would have starved to death planting a garden in it. . .

Just stop calling it “Top Soil” when it’s clearly not. The top layer of fill dirt, is still fill dirt.

We bought fire wood in February 2025 and it won’t burn, it cost 85.00 no refunds or returns, she did apologized on behalf of the company. People please ask if wood burns before you make a purchase. I have bought mulch from them no problem, but be careful on wood purchases.

Did an amazing job! They showed up on time and started work right away. Cannot say enough positive things about the work crew. They took down 3 really large trees in no time at all. I would recommend them to anyone who wants the job done efficiently and correctly. I would have never even known they were here except my yard is now cleaner than it was before and there are trees missing.

Excellent service! Had a big pecan tree removed and the whole process was easy. The tree was near power lines and the house and they removed it with no problem. They have modern equipment and an excellent crew. From the free estimate to the actual cutting down of the tree and clean up the service was how I wish every company would be. Gregg the owner told me exactly how much it would be and there were no surprise charges when it was done. I thank each and every one of the Pro Tree team who was at my home today. I am extremely pleased with the service and I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to others.

The topsoil was decent but the compost sucked because it was full of rocks, large chunks of wood chips, and some trash (water bottles and some random plastic). The service was quick and friendly. Still, four stars because of the pricing. It was the cheapest in the area a and only 15 mins from me.

They came and did what was requested, cut and hauled away 2+ trailer full of brush and bushes. Price was also the best. I recommend this company

Barker was suppose to clean up and separate boards from the two by fours keeping the good ones and discarding the bad ones into the dumpster. They showed up around 3 pm with not much day light left. I want to let you know the dumpster was full when they arrived then they had the nerves to say I filled up over two thirds of it...all the fence sections were left leaning against my log bin. I was pushed to the limit based on their lack of work skills and the constant smoking and smells of irregular cigarettes enough said...

Raphael is fantastic! He and his crew were very professional. They did an amazing job removing and pruning several trees. I really appreciated that they cleaned up when done. They used professional equipment and most important, they have verifiable liability insurance. I got 3 estimates, one from a well established tree company and they quoted me 2 times higher. Its nice to give small businesses a shot. Especially when they are professional and capable to do the same job at a more affordable price. My property looks amazing!

Rafael and his team are amazing and a pleasure to work with! During a recent storm my silver maple broke off into another tree. His company was the 3rd and final estimate I received. He was the most reasonably price. He charged less for 2 trees than one company requested for 1. The team was on time, responsive and professional. And he didn’t delay they were quick! The trees were down in under 3 hrs. I will absolutely use this company again.

We were very pleased with the service provided by Raphael with Tree-Ops. We were afraid that our job was too small and that most companies would not be willing to help us with the removal of old shrubbery and their roots. He promptly called right back and did the job for a very reasonable price. Since he was already here, we also had him remove stumps from five trees that were taken down earlier this year.
