My first time hiring a house keeper and my home needed a Deep Clean BAD! It was a lot of work but Jane did it, diligently! She worked tirelessly and my home was beautiful when she was done.

Jane was Amazing!!! Besides being polite, kind and non-judgemental, she has integrity;gave me every dime she found and that means a lot. She was prompt and thorough. She took a tour of my 2bed/2bath apartment and took action immediately. She started in the kitchen cleaning cabinets, borders, stove, oven and fridge and organize all the chaos underneath my sink. You can tell she had a mission and she stuck to it! From my fireplace to the walls up to the spilled wax i had everywhere. She was patient and deligent. She hit both bathrooms, mopped, vaccummed and discarded miscellaneous junk. I would def recommend her to anyone behind in spring cleaning or just need some TLC around the house. I plan on using her services at least once a month. I clean up but its something bout a second set of eyes that will catch things youd never imagine and thats where Jane comes in!!! You get what you pay for and she's the best!

First let me say that all experiences are different and I'm sad to say mine was drastically different from other reviewers.
I first contacted Ms. Jane Lee about a Deep Cleaning of my 2brm 2bth apartment. I explained that I needed a deep clean because I was having my carpets done the following day. I scheduled to have her come at 9am Wednesday.
That Wednesday morning she contacted me at 8am saying she had to push the appointment back because her first house was taking longer than expected. I was fine with this because I had an open day to commit to having my home cleaned thoroughly.
After this the entire experience went down hill. She did not want to move the furniture in the house which was a sectional but I had previously broken down the pieces to make it easier to move. She did not want to shift anything or move anything. I couldn't believe what I was hearing and had told her so and was going to cancel her cleaning service. She was rude and stand-offish from the moment she walked through the door. Southern hospitality where?!?! I have never met a cleaner who refused to move objects and was rude to a client. She continued to tell me she was about 140lbs and couldn't move heavy items! I told her I wanted to cancel and then she came back and said she was willing to move things in the apartment to clean but she would need longer to clean because of it.
Now I wanted to give her a chance because the other reviews raved about her services and my apartment was in pretty bad shape so I was willing to give her however long she needed to get the job done. So I allowed her to proceed with the job.
Fast forward 8hrs later and my home was cleaned sub-par!!!! She left a pile of objects on my dinning room table and sectional in the living room, the microwave and other appliances were not wiped down at all, the carpets still had cat food and litter on it in certain places and the beds were not made!!!! I know my apartment was a complete and utter mess but if you tell me that you will need longer to clean my home to the standards of a professional cleaning service and I am willing to give you that time and pay you $30/hr to clean it then the job should have been done correctly. I did not rush her or get in her way at all and even left her in my home so I would not be in her way.
I called her back to my home to make the beds because she said she didn't know she had too!!! What professional cleaner doesn't know they have to make the clients bed unless the client specified not too?!?!

Ms. Lee is not a professional by any means and I truly hate to have to write a negative review about a business owner, but I feel like I was scammed out of my money by this woman! This experience was just horrific and I would never allow someone so unpleasant and obviously unprofessional in my home again. I was a fool to continue with her services but I am a strong believer in supporting local businesses but dealing with Ms. Lee has made me now think twice about it.

Now please understand that I have experience with other excellent Residential Cleaning Services in the Midtown and McDonough area so I know quite well what to expect from a professional cleaning service. As a professional myself I still paid her the $240 cash for her "services" but was not satisfied at all. Instead of having another bout with this woman I chose to pay her and be done with it. I would not recommend her services to anyone.

I hired Your Neighborhood Maid to do a full house cleaning after injuring my arm and letting thing go. Jane came over and scrubbed the entire house down getting it back into an extremely clean condition. I've used a lot of cleaning services over the years and nobody else came close to the attention to detail. I can't recommend her enough.

Jane was such an amazing person. She went far beyond the basic housekeeping duties. The apartment is now spotless, and even our dog loved her! We will be repeat customers for sure!!

Jane cleaned my home while my wife was out of town. My wife is a very good house keeper, but Jane took it to a new lever. The was not a spot of dust anywhere. She is a tireless worker and we will be using her services regularly.

I see so many good reviews unfortunately this was not my experience. My experience felt like we were being scammed by an old lady. Ms Jane charges by the hour and doesn’t do what is asked/discussed. Paid her $40/hr at 6.5hrs to clean a 2B 2B apt and I have to go behind her to reclean to my liking. Honestly believe Ms Jane should retire she’s 60+ yrs old working solo. Sweet lady but I am not satisfied with services.
