Efficient, thorough, friendly. But would prefer wooden laminate floors be dry-mopped after wet mopping. If not, that can cause warping of the laminate. Thank you.

The ladies were thorough, house smelled fresh and clean, and I didn't see any just standing around. Would have given 5 stars but they were extremely late arriving. May not have been any fault of their own. Cleaning Authority should have called and given me the option to reschedule.

For the 3rd cleaning in a row, my shower has not been thoroughly cleaned after request to pay mor attention to the crevices in the stand alone shower. Second bathroom tub/shower was not thoroughly cleaned. Lights and fan were left on. Debris was left in toilet.

These ladies did an absolute amazing job on our home. They were courteous, friendly and thorough. My wife and I will definitely use this service more times in the future. Great job ladies!!! -Satisfied customer

Our team today (w Guadalupe) was exceptional! And a supervisor did one of your company's unannounced quality checks, as well. We always have satisfactory, or better, cleanings with your company. But today's team paid such attention to detail- and they included cleaning up areas that tend to get hard water build up. Those are very hard for us to resolve. The Team also vaccumed the upholstered furniture and all kinds of details. We appreciate you all so much. Because of our health issues, cleaning service is a necessity for our family! Absolutely Terrible and Dishonest Service - Avoid This Company!

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and frankly, outrage, at the utterly subpar and damaging service I received from The Cleaning Authority on April 23, 2025. What was supposed to be a professional cleaning turned into a nightmare of negligence, damage, and blatant dishonesty.
Upon returning to my home after their service, it was immediately apparent that they had only done a passable job. Visible clumps of dust still clung to the ceilings and light fixtures, indicating a complete lack of attention to detail. In my living room and kitchen, food crumbs and stains remained on the floors, completely contradicting the purpose of hiring a cleaning service.

However, the poor cleaning was only the beginning of my troubles. To my dismay, I discovered that my microwave, which was in perfect working order before their arrival that morning, was now broken. The buttons were completely unresponsive. When I contacted the company to discuss this damage with the manager, I was met with a runaround and a fabricated story. The manager claimed that after speaking with her team, one of the employees recalled an "electrical guy" working at my house while they were cleaning. This is a complete and utter lie. There was no other service person at my home that day.

This blatant dishonesty, on top of the terrible cleaning and the damage to my property, makes this entire experience feel like a scam and highlights the extreme unprofessionalism of The Cleaning Authority . It is now my word against theirs, which is why I strongly advise anyone considering this company to take thorough before pictures and videos as proof of the condition of your home and belongings.

Save yourself the headache, the frustration, and the potential damage. Do not hire The Cleaning Authority. There are plenty of reputable and honest cleaning services out there – this is not one of them.

I recently used them for a deep clean, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The cleaning crew was incredibly thorough, and they didn't miss a single detail. My house looked amazing!
