Team 5 did an amazing job today on the master bathroom, especially the shower. Spots I thought wouldn't come out are clear. Thanks ladies for a job well done.

I decided to give this company a try after seeing several positive reviews. As someone who values punctuality and clear communication, I also understand that delays can happen. However, the issue here was not the delay itself—it was the complete lack of communication.

There was no proactive notice of tardiness, and I received no update until AFTER I called to ask for a status update since it was passed my window. This is unacceptable for a paid service, especially when clients are expected to rearrange their schedules to accommodate the appointment.

During the phone call, Megan did apologize, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, that was where the accountability ended. There was no attempt to offer a resolution or alternative. Instead, I was then asked to wait even longer so the team could take lunch. From a business standpoint, this reflects poor scheduling and a lack of consideration for the client’s time—something I find particularly concerning as a business owner myself.

To be clear, I was not expecting a free cleaning. However, I did make multiple calls ahead of time to confirm my appointment and adjusted my schedule accordingly. This was my second attempt to use this company, and both times my service was derailed due to a “mishap.” At this point, it appears I am not meant to be a customer.

The company may provide quality service when things go smoothly, but professionalism is demonstrated in how issues are handled when they don’t. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of that standard. I am sure they are great since they do have inspectors. I will never know.

The team did an excellent job today. I was very pleased to see Brittany a team member from the last Crew that cleaned my house. She was already familiar with the ways and details of how to clean my home.

BUYER BEWARE

I don't know of any cleaning company that only focuses on certain rooms when a one-time deep cleaning is requested. I received their flyer in my mailbox and decided to give them a try. I called and made an appointment for a one-time deep cleaning, scheduled for Saturday, December 20th . I was asked which room was most important, and I told them the kitchen and dusting of the bedrooms. I was not home during the cleaning. I received a call stating that the ladies had about 15 minutes left of their time but needed a little additional time to complete my work, so I paid for the additional time. To my surprise, when I arrived home, I learned they only cleaned/dusted all the bedrooms and the kitchen; none of the other parts of the house were cleaned. When I spoke with the coordinator Monday morning December 22nd, she told me I had only requested the bedrooms and kitchen to be cleaned. I told her no, I had requested a deep cleaning. Then she said she could send the ladies back out for a free one-hour cleaning, so I agreed because the rest of my house needed cleaning. Once they arrived, I spoke with one of the cleaners. She then got on the phone with the coordinator and told her what I needed to complete the cleaning of my home. The coordinator called me and stated that they would not be able to perform everything I needed. They could clean two of my three bathrooms, baseboards in the kitchen, and vacuum the stairs. I'm now just really over it and very dissatisfied, so I just agreed. To let you know, they still half-cleaned. I had to micromanage and get them to do it again, and they did not spend the whole hour I was promised. Those extra minutes could have been used cleaning my third bathroom since they didn't do a good job anyway since I had to reclean anyway. Cleaning Authority is a rip-off, never will I ever use them again.

Marleny and her team are very professional. They are on time and I am definitely pleased with the service they provide. Most of all I really enjoy that they are all positive with very pleasant and warming spirits.
