I highly recommend Stephany and Norma for your cleaning. They were very professional, and thorough. They came in and got the job done within hours. I loved how shiny my cabinets and countertops were when they were complete. Oh, and my stove and microwave were like mirrors.

Lucia & Isabel (Team 3) did a phenomenal job cleaning our 5 bedroom home as this was our first experience using the company. They were very detailed and worked hard the entire time. We definitely want these ladies back.

Summer & Lucia did an amazing job cleaning my home. I have guest at the home for.roughly 5 days. The ladies came in and cleaned the house from top to bottom. The baseboards are so clean, the window sills clean, ceiling fans clean...you name it..it was done!!! I am a very, very satisfied customer.
The communication before, during and after the process was terrific. Will most definitely use again!!!!

I had a few cleaning services done at my dad’s house about 10 years ago for a few months. Everything was going well until the manager called me to say they wouldn’t be servicing my dad’s home because one of the ladies apparently didn’t feel comfortable cleaning his home - have the time because my dad was sick and I was also pregnant, I didn’t bother to look into it more but it’s one of those instances that left a bad taste with me.

Overall, they do great work. Things come up and schedules change sometimes, but they always do their best to communicate. And there's an app! It's is a cool way to monitor arrivals and upcoming cleans.

Great team. Flexible schedule. Cleaning team comes and house is transformed. No contract. No hidden fees. They rotate the deep cleaning.

They did an ok job. They didn’t do the deep cleaning that I signed up for. They left 3 window blinds uncleaned, and did not clean my kitchen sink nor oven. It doesn’t look like they cleaned the sink in the master bathroom nor shower. Probably because they looked cleaned already, but no, they needed cleaned. Also, the stairs were cleaned but the stair boards were not; Still has lint, hair, etc. They DID make up beds although that was not apart of the package, but that was not needed as making up the bed is simple. Will not be using them in the future.plus they broke my tub tray. 😡

Run away!! We liked Cleaning Authority when owned by Cedric. Each visit we selected one room we wanted deep-cleaned, which we liked. The only disappointment was that each time cleaners came they were all new, so we had to walk them thru our home and explain what needed done each time. We had scheduled with Cedric our next clean for December 15, in time for our Christmas guests.
12/12/15 I get a call from Megan, stating she was the Office Manager, telling me CA is under new ownership (Cedric apparently sold to the Jonesboro group). It took a lot of questions to finally get that explanation, but we would receive the same services and to confirm our Dec. 15 appt. She talked really fast and seemed to be running down a list of folks to call and sounded eager to move on to her call list. She gave me Marie, the admin. assist's number if we had any further questions/concerns.
On Dec 15, after my husband and I had picked up things and cleared surfaces, as we always do when cleaners are coming, I get a call from Marie telling me that the 2 ladies who had been scheduled are not coming as "a number of scheduled cleans had been cancelled" (hmmmm). That 2 other ladies would be coming at same scheduled time.
The 2 ladies arrived on time and handed me a sheet of paper outlining what they'd be doing that day, along with price. As we looked over it ...we were STUNNED! They had selected HALF of the portions of our home that CA under Cedric did that they would clean THAT DAY.....for the FULL PRICE we paid under Cedric for the entire clean (minus upstairs bedrooms per our instructions). THEN....they would return Jan. 12 (AFTER CHRISTMAS) to clean the OTHER HALF...for the FULL PRICE!!!! Do what!!!???
So to get the same clean we had under Cedric, Megan broke down into 2 visits to do the full clean equating to DOUBLE THE PRICE!! If there was to be a MAJOR change it should have been discussed with us BEFORE the cleaners arrive,
We called Marie. She was the innocent gate-keeper in all this. She said let me ask Megan about this and she put me on hold. Then she said Megan will call you back. I asked how long before she called as the 2 innocent cleaners were standing in our foyer with all their equipment waiting. She put me on hold again to ask Megan how long. Marie comes back and says: "Tell them to just leave." The phone kept breaking up, so I asked Marie if she just said to tell them to 'just leave'? To which she replied, "Yes, just leave". WOW!
I then asked Marie again if Megan was going to call us. She said yes.
Think we all know that MEGAN HAS NEVER CALLED BACK to explain, apologize....nothing. No one has called. This just before Christmas.
In 30+ years of cleaners we have NEVER experienced such unprofessionalism and 'bait and switch' tactics with a cleaning company. Not to mention how disrespectful this was to the cleaners whom we know get paid per the job.
We would NEVER recommend Cleaning Authority of Jonesboro to anyone. Such a disgrace.

Diana, Valentina, and Gabriela did a phenomenal job on my initial deep clean. I was not expecting such an exception job based on some google reviews. However, they blew me away. I literally have and had 0 complaints!

Summer & Vanessa were amazing, I needed a deep clean. They answered the call, I was kind of a weary since this was my first time using the company. Seeing two young girls, I was nervous. In the end, my house looked amazing. My bathroom was a mess because I’m very busy. They made it look like it did 11 years ago. We have tried several cleaning services in the past two years since our regular technician relocated. The Cleaning Authority of Jonesboro have a customer for life. Thanks Magan for sending Summer & Vanessa, I will see them in two weeks🤗
