Outrageous pricing! Don't use them. I'd give it no stars if I could.
This is the first negative review I have ever written, that's how mad I am. My refrigerator had a clogged water line. It took the technician an hour to repair it with no parts needed. It's invoiced at $450 minus the $80 fee just to come to my house. I paid a total of $384. the Frigidaire company would have cost less. Their justification was that I signed (on his phone) an agreement. The technician wasn't in a position to negotiate more than $10 off so i waited to call the office. I asked if I could to pay $250 for the repair thinking that was a fair price but owner/Simon was unwilling to budge!! The repair was done on Friday and I called first thing Monday morning. Simon said If I'd called Friday he might have been been able to do something. Seriously??

Can’t recommend enough! Constantine was able to fix my dishwasher in under an hour and even had the replacement pump that was needed with him. He was great with my dogs as well which always makes things less stressful! Will definitely be requesting him for future repairs.

Called for issue with washing machine due to weird squeaking noise while washing. Was scheduled for an appointment on Tuesday. Received a text message that they were coming the same day even though it was scheduled for the following day. Technician came to the home and quoted about 380 for a repair for a pump and suspension. When I asked for a breakdown of each price I did not receive a clear answer. When I asked if I could just repair the pump the quote was 312. I tried to turn on the washing machine for the technician to hear the issue and was told to just pay the diagnostic fee if 80.00 because of his time and to call the manager if we change our mind.

As customers, If we don’t understand what we are paying for, how does the company expect us to pay it ? If the technician was able to explain the issue we would have been better prepared to make a decision on the repair. Trying to pressure someone into making a rushed decision isn’t good customer service.

My dryer wasn't working and they came to check it out. It turned out that the dryer was fine but the vent that empties on the roof was clogged. This was something they couldn't fix so I need to get someone who does vent cheaning but Mr. Fixer didn't even charge me for the service call. This is the second time I've used them. They fixed our dishwasher the first time. They are a great company to deal with. I highly recommend them

Called them up and told the exact problem that I have and just the heating element needs to be replaced and even if I provide them the model, part number etc, they would not provide a quote. Asked for 80$ to come check out but what if they say 500$ after that? dont u loose ur 80$? Later the owner did call and provide me with the exact estimate for the problem that I suspected. They were ready to come the same day but i got them over the next day and they completed the job in about 30 mins. In and Out. I will start using the dishwasher but as of now, they are good team.
