Called twice to book and confirm appointment when they didn't show up by 5pm. Receptionist said they do the estimates after 5pm and would be out shortly - never showed. Never called or showed the next day either.

Was referred to them, but wish I hadn’t wasted my time. Called to get a quote, left a message but didn’t get calls back. Had to follow up myself, but then they said they would come out but they never did. I’d rather they just say they are too busy to help if that’s they are too slammed rather than waste my time leading me on...

Removed a tree that was damaged and leaning from the storm. This was a difficult removal with a number of dogwoods surrounding it. Great work and these guys have been doing our tree work for 10 years and they are the best.

If I could have given 0 stars I would have. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. I had an appointment booked and confirmed. Got a call the day before booked date to be told that the last job was taking longer than expected. I said not a problem. Delayed a day. Then that next day equipment broke. They said they would have to call me to see when they can reschedule. I have called, text and email trying to find out when they are coming. No reply from the company with a date. I wrote this review 7 business days after original confirmed appointment. This company never did get back to me on when they would be coming out. Already booked another company to do the work.

Stan came highly recommended by several of my neighbors. He did a good job at a good price. I appreciated that he both priced and performed the work unlike some companies that have a completely different group show up to do the work.

A couple of weeks ago Stan and his crew took down a very large oak tree that was leaning toward my house and overhanging it. The price was very reasonable and they did a great job. This included the clean up. As you can tell by the 5 stars I was very happy.

They were able to meet our needs for a dead tree removal on very short notice. Very professional, good price and removed the tree without disruption. I will use them again and highly recommend to anyone in the area needing tree services!

Did an amazing job removing a tree that fell down from the ice. Came out quickly and got the job taken care of and cleaned up really well. Highly recommend.

I was a little skeptical when I got the feeling that it was just a one/two man operation, and when their quoted price was less than HALF of what other recognizable names were quoting. But in the end they were great. Very responsive to phone calls, punctual and personal, and got the job done exactly as they said they would do it.

Some companies are able to bring teams of men and remove a tree in minutes... but that speed wasn't necessary for us, and we appreciated their precision. It took a few hours to complete the removal of two 40-60 ft oak trees and grind the stumps, but in the end the result was great. And they were by far the lowest price we found.

A neighbor recommended them to us, and yesterday my wife recommended them to another neighbor. We'd definitely call them again.

I have used West Cobb Tree Service several times now and I have been happy every time with the result. There are a lot of negative reviews about responsiveness, but it is most likely that they were busy and could not fit the customers into the schedule. Yes, you may have to wait - especially if there is a bad storm - because everyone calls them to to remove debris. If you can be patient, the value is worth it and Hunter is excellent to work with. I would most definitely use them again in the future.

I just had a great experience with this company. After a dead pine tree fell in our backyard we were concerned about some of the other large pine trees we had back there. We called four companies, one of which was really high, two others that were kind of in the middle, and W. Cobb Tree. For the estimate and the job, WCTS was early for appointment. They showed up this morning with a crew of about 6 men. They finished the job in just over four hours, then blew the driveway and road clear. The price too was really good. What a value!!!!! I won't hesitate to recommend them in the future.

Came out gave a quote, Everything was fine. Had to wait on HOA approval. Got the approval called them to let them know that we were ready to go and if we would be able to get it done before the fence was installed, Stan said it wasn’t a problem we could get it done, gave the date. Never heard from him again. I called to cancel them coming out at anytime and Stan hung up on me really unprofessional. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

After a severe storm hit the area we had a huge oak tree split and fall on the house taking out a deck and part of the roof. Communications and power was hit and miss all over the north GA area but West Cobb Tree managed to get out within a day to give a quote and then were back quickly to take care of half the tree that was on the house so the roofers could tarp it. After taking care of some other emergency calls they were back a day or so later to take down the rest of the tree. I can’t imagine the work load that everyone was under at that time and appreciated their responsiveness and being able to juggle the schedule to get the job done. Would highly recommend!!!
