I love these guys!! Ryan and Devin are the utmost professionals. They are extremely knowledgeable and totally aim to please! They are responsive, prompt and extremely efficient. Their team works diligently to have the results you expect. I have worked with them now for 2 years and they just completed the third job for my community. Mind you, these have not been small jobs! I will never call anyone else!

Ryan and the team at Appalachian Tree Service were professional and did a fantastic job removing our trees. We used their debris hauling service after cleaning up a couple of trees that came down in a storm. They charged a very fair price and did a great job of not hurting the lawn where some of the wood was stacked. I highly recommend this company.

The folks at Appalachian are amazing! Devin was immediately responsive and at my house within a day to inspect our poor dying maple. Once we settled on an approach, he had an estimate ready same day and we had everything booked within the week. The team came out first thing in the AM and worked quickly but carefully. They even helped us out when we called an audible to take down a branch from another tree hanging over our neighbors yard. Devin also helped a neighbor take some of the wood to his yard so he could use it for firewood. When all was said and done, the yard was left undamaged and the cleanup was great. Ryan stopped by the make sure everything was satisfactory and we even discussed some other trees in the yard and things to look out for in the future. Felt like a true partnership. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

The folks at Applachian Tree Service are the consummate professionals. They arrive on your property almost immediately when called. I have used them twice to have fallen trees removed and both times there price was several hundred dollars cheaper than other quotes I received. They are respectful and courteous and the clean up and removal was key for me!!!

This is the second time we have used Appalachian Tree Service. As before the job was done exactly as requested and we are extremely pleased with the outcome.

I just used Appalachian Tree Service for the third time. They've removed many trees from my yard and have always done an excellent job, so I called them once again to remove a dying dogwood tree that Devon (their appraiser) said was definitely not going to make it. (The fungus growing at the base of the rotted trunk indicated advanced root deterioration.). What I have loved about Appalachian is their detailed estimates, their excellent responsiveness to all phone calls and emails, their reliability, their excellent work, and the pristine way they leave the area when their work is done. I also like that they don't use heavy machinery or cranes to do their tree removal. Their workers are a joy to watch as they climb up trees, throw ropes around branches to guide their falls, and take down huge trees without damaging structures and vegetation. Ryan, the owner, is always there to inspect the job as the workers finish. It's obvious he takes pride in his company and wants to maintain an excellent reputation.

I am very happy with the pruning of my maple tree. Devin gave me an estimate within one business day of calling. Then Ryan scheduled the job for the crew to prune my tree. Ryan and the crew were professional and skilled at pruning the tree, lifting the canopy. My tree looks so much better now. Excellent communication, punctual and cleared all the cut branches away. I will definitely use this company again.

I am very appreciative of the work done by Appalachian Tree Service, which has assisted me three times. Today was the most recent job, a massive poplar tree situated very close to the house. Similar to the previous two jobs, the team exhibited excellent communication skills, answered all of my questions, addressed my concerns, and maintained an impeccable level of professionalism. We contacted Appalachian for a commercial property re: tree trimming and consultation (pine leaning toward bldg.). They were quick to respond and schedule. Ryan and his team did an excellent job! Devin first came out here to give me an estimate and he was very knowledgeable in everything he was telling me. They came out a few weeks later and cut all 5 of my Leyland Cypresses down and hauled 3 piles of yard debris away for me. I really did appreciate that they don’t use heavy machinery when cutting trees down, as it helps minimize yard damage from the service. Super reasonably affordable for what I needed done and will definitely be a returning customer when the time comes again.

Ryan came out to give me a quote on some property line trimming, and gave me a bunch of options rather than just removing the trees outright - couple weeks later he and his crew came out and had everything done within the day! A lot of the work was over the neighbors driveway and very close to their roof, it was impressive seeing how they tied off and lowered the larger branches down after cutting so nothing was damaged and no mess was left.
