We used PCT for the first time on our new construction home build. They had a lot to clean up and they for sure exceeded my expectations. Evelyn and Maria showed up on time, worked hard, and got the job done!! Erika did a fantastic job communicating with me throughout the entire process. I cannot rave more about the services I received!!! My 9 year old was going to have eye surgery in two weeks, and to say I wanted our home completely cleaned and as sterile as possible, was an understatement! Ericka, the manager, was beyond caring, attentive, and just wonderful to work with!! Janet and Aida did a phenomenal job and went above and beyond with every inch of our home! I can’t wait to refer them to other families in need! Thank you ladies!!!

I ordered a deep cleaning. I was charged $840 which was supposedly a discount for one of the the workers misplacing my blind turner and not putting things back. However, the workers did not do a deep cleaning as promised. I found smudges and streaks on mirrors, smudges on windows and my glass tables. My things were not put back in the way they were found. The refrigerator door was not wiped down and I found debris still on the floor. For a deep clean this was unacceptable especially for the rate of $910 that was originally going to be charged. I called the company to share the problem, to which they offered to send another crew out to clean up what the first crew missed(a total inconvenience to me). Instead I requested compensation for the poor service and to date the issue has not been resolved.

They clean my house twice a month and they always leave it super clean and it smells wonderful with the products they clean with! They are fast and efficient, and willing to work with you on pricing and custom areas you want cleaned. They are very polite (I've met four people so far that have come to clean, and they come to clean the house in teams of two). They are respectful and if you are not happy with how a room looks when they are finished, they will come back and clean it to your specifications.

You might need Google translate to communicate, but I haven't had an issue with that at all and am happy to do so. I love the way my house looks when they come to clean, and they worked with my budget so the pricing isn't outrageous like other cleaning companies I've gotten an estimate from. I recommend them highly!

I hired PCT for a deep cleaning at the start of the new year. We’ve been in our home for three years and never had it professionally cleaned, even with a toddler and a dog. I was not home during the cleaning process but was blown away with the results once I arrived. Everything looks and feels spotless, from top to bottom!

We were very impressed and would 100% recommend PCT Clean. The cleaning professionals arrived on time and did a fantastic job with the deep clean. We have 4 cats, so cleaning can get tricky. The ladies at PCT did a fanstastic job cleaning our unfinished basement. We had been looking for a service to perform some post-construction cleaning after we had some work done in our basement which left a giant mess. Very easy to work with, very well priced and just a spectacular job overall. The place looks and feels brand new. They even went above and beyond to organize the space, which was unexpected and a very much appreciated touch. Would certainly work with these folks again, A++++ job!
