Earnest came by to check an issue with our very old system. He did what he could to try and get it running, but ultimately it was time for a new one. He provided good advice about what we needed, answered questions about alternatives, and helped us make the best decision for the situation we were in. The install crew that arrived a few days later was professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient. The system is working great.

Owner, listened, very patient with Tenants (numerous trips). I was out of state so communication a little cumbersome. Atlanta area hot humid prior week, day of install was not so hot......
Owner & Tech assistant professional and quiet, worked hard. Ernest explained the work process, warranty then.
We incurred issues, delays with Home Warranty claim process and changed plans 3x to get done, but outside of Network.

Decided ultimate proper solution, total HVAC install, although not approved under Home warranty.
Day of install not so easy with attic stairs, but was able to get local Handyman to arrive within the hour, took down stairs & trim and replaced....2 folks pitched in to help lift and remove old unit.....
All completed and Tenants pleased with cooling. Appreciate effort and total HVAC new units.

They went out of their way to ensure the job got done as quickly as possible and went out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I would recommend them for any job. A+++++services!

This was a fantastic experience! Ernest took his time and found that our brand new AC unit had been overcharged with refrigerant. He was out here within a day of contacting him. He was on time and also explained why we had issues with it. Elm HVAC is one of the best companies we've worked with.

Techs showed up on time and completed the work as requested. Everyone was friendly and professional and they cleaned up after they were done. I had several new systems installed and Ernest explained the work and answered all my questions.
