Was connected with ELM through my home warranty company. They came out the next day, promptly called to tell me when/who would be out and reached out after with the diagnosis. They waited patiently while I priced out my options and then scheduled me next day after I reached out to confirm the service. They had the best price, the fastest turn around time, and a very professional staff. Ernest was a delight to work with and the whole experience was so easy.

Ernest Harris is an exceptionally knowledgeable HVAC professional who comes from a family of HVAC professionals. He literally grew up in the business and has seen it all. Any time I have an issue or a question, Ernest knows the answer and the solution. I highly recommend him and his team.

The technician initially checked my system and stated tge motherboard and blowers replacement units were uncompatibable with my unit and that the entire unit would need to be replaced. After he spoke to the person that repaired the unit he later returned and made the repairs he should have done in the first place. There is always a scam company trying to beat the homeowner out of additional money. I will ensure my warranty company Never ever sends this company to my home for repairs again. Sorry excuse of a company.

Ernest arrived on time and was very honest and straightforward. He finished a lot sooner than I expected. I will definitely use this company in the future.

EDIT: Earnest reached out to me and came out next day to resolve the issues I had. He and his technician were here early, listened to my complaints and made sure to fix everything. Job looks 10X better. Really do appreciate them coming back out and fixing things.

First technician who came out was great. The guy who actually did the install, not so much. I needed a new drain line installed for my attic unit. 2nd technician shows up nearly an hour after the window he said he would be, was only able to do about half of the job because he forgot a ladder. Installed the tube, but didn't seal the hole where it came out of the house. The tube itself droops in spots so it doesn't just drain, it'll pool until it hits its mass and then pour out. The tube also doesn't run to the ground and just ends about 5 ft off the ground.

The technician also left all his trash and unused/ dropped extra materials all over the backyard.

The overall cost for this was nearly $1100 for about $100 of materials and a bad home DIY job.

Earnest was great. We had a hiccup in communication at the start but we worked through the issues and the service was fast once we had the part to replace.

The technician dispatched to my home was on time, courteous and professional. I had my thermostat replaced. The tech even showed me how to change filters. The price was very reasonable and I will continue to use this company and refer all friends and family members to use them as well.

As usual Earnest was great ,responded quickly, came out quickly ,communicated well and was on time. Diagnosed the problem accurately and fixed it for reasonable price. My HOA President recommended him and now I see why ,this is 2nd time I"ve used him without a glitch. Highly recommend Earnest and and ELM HVAC.

Earnest from Elm HVAC was AMAZING!! I was without heat for over a month and had multiple people come out to look at it. He took his time and told me what the problem was and fixed it right before a snow storm that’s coming. Thank you so much Earnest!! You’re the best

I met with Ernest, the owner of ELM HVAC, and he carried himself as the professional he is from Day 1. The quote he provided was at a good price and it was easy and straightforward process. They also offered me flexible financing terms. He answered all of my questions.
On the day of installation, Ernest’s crew, Ronald and Jori (forgive if I misspelled Jori’s name), were just as professional as Ernest. It was a quick job getting my HVAC replaced and installing two new Ecobee smart thermostats.
ELM HVAC is much better than any other HVAC company I’ve dealt with (yes including the big name companies as they are not as ‘Reliable’ as ELM).
