I love thee service. However I was disappointed in the fact that the stove I bought was damaged. Not just one but the replacement was also damaged. Great service though. That is the third stove I have purchased from Britt’s, 2018, 2024, 2025 only to have the last two arrive damaged. I will more than likely buy from Britt’s again but the box must be open prior to leaving the warehouse to ensure product isn’t damaged.
