I love thee service. However I was disappointed in the fact that the stove I bought was damaged. Not just one but the replacement was also damaged.

Great service though.
That is the third stove I have purchased from Britt’s, 2018, 2024, 2025 only to have the last two arrive damaged.

I will more than likely buy from Britt’s again but the box must be open prior to leaving the warehouse to ensure product isn’t damaged.

They’ve been easy to work with, patient, and reasonable. They procured and installed our oven range hood and I’d be happy to purchase from them again.

Everyone I spoke with was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. All my emails and questions, prior to coming to the store, were answered quickly and they had the exact flooring I was looking for. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We had a great experience with Britt’s. We ordered over the phone and it was super easy. Delivery was 2 days later and the installers were very professional and fast. We’ve been Britt’s customers in the past and will continue to be in the future.

Salespeople were super helpful. We had a couple models of refrigerators in mind and they were great at explaining features of each. Delivery and setup was great.

Knowledgeable and friendly people who will help you resolve appliance issues. Replaced a very old appliance with a new one that looks and works great, for a fair price. Will definitely work with them again.

From simple delivery/replacements by Britt's to custom jobs, they will provide you with no pressure, affordable solutions. I had a custom job done by Coop's Installation (knowledgable recommendation from Mark, he will let you know in full transparency what your options are if you tell him your situation. You don't have to but I did) and am very happy. Coop's did a wonderful job on my custom install! Oh, let me add, he is very respectful of your appliance and home.

I had a very good experience with Britt’s from placing the order for a refrigerator in store, to a few follow-up calls, to delivery and installation. The install gentlemen did a fantastic job. They took their time and did it the right way, and it wasn’t the easiest of jobs. They were very nice, competent, professional men that delivered and installed my refrigerator. This was my second time using Britts and the experience for both was great. They treated me very well, and even price matched their competitor. I’m a Britts fan! We chose to have laminate installed in our living room and den as well as carpeting in 3 bedrooms. From start to finish it was a smooth experience...professional and timely.
