Michael and team completed the interior painting, front door staining and garage floor epoxy coating for our house. They were courteous, very helpful in moving furnitures, working alongside the remodelers schedule and completed the job to good quality on time. Highly recommend!

Michael and his crew painted the interiors of my house and they did an excellent job. To start with the whole process from getting an estimate to completing the job was seamless with excellent communication throughout.

Michael visited the home assessed the work, gave suggestions and within a few hours I had the estimate and start date when work can be started. The prices are reasonable and competitive when compared to competitors.

Work started on the exact time and date agreed upon and from there start to finish, it was a pleasure to see the paint work come through. I am very pleased to see the end result.

Throughout the process, Michael maintained excellent communication, showed great knowledge and gave great suggestions for which I am thankful. Painting the interiors can seem stressful, but with Fenix and Michael the process nothing but smooth. SWC Contracting took care of exterior stone replacement due to water leaks and replaced two arched windows by framing and installing new windows as well as a few small things I kept adding on that they were gracious enough to handle. Keith has a wealth of knowledge and experience that he shares with you throughout the entire process. Keith, Georgie, & Justin took care of our home renovations as if they were their own. They were careful with every detail to ensure it was up to their standards and cleaned all areas at the end of every work day. They even took time out to pet my dog that has adopted them as family. If you’re looking for quality craftsmanship and a builder with integrity call Keith.

Of all the quotes I got for the work his was the most honest and least stressful. We both expected there to be some hidden damage and he kept me informed of the additional damage found. Project was completed in a timely manner. I plan to use him again to repaint the house and possibly some other projects that need attention.

SWC Contracting worked so well with my insurance company and replaced my roof quickly. When done, they also cleaned up all debris and left the areas where they worked, spotless. Keith is the best! Pays attention to details, gives thorough details of the work being performed and up front pricing so you won’t be surprised once you receive your invoice. He helped us with our flooded basement after Helene and I’m very pleased with the outcome. I’ve found my contracting for all our future home repair/renovation & replacements project in the future! If I could give SWC 10 stars o would!

Above and beyond! These guys were absolutely amazing. The entire process from initial inspection to ordering and delivering supplies only took a week and a half. Not only was our entire roof replaced in one day but the clean up was spotless. They left our yard looking better than it did when they started. Keith is one of the friendliest most honest people I have met in a long time, you can’t go wrong with him and his crew. 110% would recommend.

It's never fun when you're dealing with an issue inside your home but SWC made it better! I had a flooding issue in my basement and they really helped me take a deep breath. They never let me doubt their genuine care for their customers; which is hard to say these days.

They came out as soon as they could and were pleasant and compassionate on the phone. Keith arrived to thoroughly inspect my home and explained every step of the process to me, like why they were doing what they were doing, and even educated me on how to work with my insurance. They are, by far, superior to any other local contractor I have used in the past and fully embody the spirit of customer service and professionalism.

You definitely can’t go wrong hiring SWC Contracting to handle your project. Keith, Georgie, and Justin did an outstanding job on the renovation of our guest bathroom. They kept us consistently informed throughout the entire project. Their dedication to quality work resulted in our gorgeous new bathroom. They were so considerate of our home with application of tarps on our carpet which is a definite “plus”. They’re talented, thorough, thoughtful, and kind, and at the end of the project they felt like friends to my husband and I. SWC Contracting is now our “go-to” contractor for our future projects.

Although we didn't end up having SWC complete the work on our home due to some things with our insurance situation, I was very grateful for and impressed by our interactions with SWC Contractors. Even though it was the end of a work day on a Friday, their team took the time to come out and spend a bit of time getting to know us, discussing things, and assessing our damage. Keith showed genuine care and concern for our health needs and home situation and seemed to display integrity, honesty, and high standards for good customer service as well as plenty of knowledge regarding performing quality work as a contractor.
