Michael and his crew painted the interiors of my house and they did an excellent job. To start with the whole process from getting an estimate to completing the job was seamless with excellent communication throughout. Michael visited the home assessed the work, gave suggestions and within a few hours I had the estimate and start date when work can be started. The prices are reasonable and competitive when compared to competitors. Work started on the exact time and date agreed upon and from there start to finish, it was a pleasure to see the paint work come through. I am very pleased to see the end result. Throughout the process, Michael maintained excellent communication, showed great knowledge and gave great suggestions for which I am thankful. Painting the interiors can seem stressful, but with Fenix and Michael the process nothing but smooth. I would highly recommend Fenix CDM and Michael for his services and would definitely use their services again for future projects.

SWC Contracting took care of exterior stone replacement due to water leaks and replaced two arched windows by framing and installing new windows as well as a few small things I kept adding on that they were gracious enough to handle. Keith has a wealth of knowledge and experience that he shares with you throughout the entire process. Keith, Georgie, & Justin took care of our home renovations as if they were their own. They were careful with every detail to ensure it was up to their standards and cleaned all areas at the end of every work day. They even took time out to pet my dog that has adopted them as family. If you’re looking for quality craftsmanship and a builder with integrity call Keith.
