We needed window cleaning before putting our house on the market and I wish we had done it sooner! Roy left every window looking like new and we could definitely see a difference. Plus, he’s punctual and communicative.

Absolutely horrible. He did a decent job on the inside, but the outside looks worse than before he cleaned them. Now we have to pay someone else to clean them. He said he wouldn't do it again. Wouldn't make the job right. Just look at the two windows I took pictures of. That's from the INSIDE. They all look like that. Would you accept that? Do NOT use him.

Per your response Roy, you said you would not redo anything. You did NOT tell Carl you would redo the dirty spots. That is a bold faced lie! Once we took a look at the inside, I had to redo them. Carl even showed you when you said something was on the windows and he cleaned them while you were inside our house and you said "I can't do them again"! LOOK at the pictures! They are awful. Why would you expect to get paid for shitty work that you refuse to correct. Yes it's labor intensive, but you spent less than an hour and a half on the outside with 40 windows! You used soap and a brush and a hose to rinse. NO squeegee to dry them. Never in my 40+ years of homeownership having my windows cleaned every 2 years have I EVER seen such poor quality and such poor customer service. AGAIN...look at the pictures. Run from this guy!

He's had 2 days to respond and acknowledge the pictures, yet he's done nothing. Unacceptable. Again be forewarned and run

Since you refused to refund our money (American Express said you would work it out with us otherwise we can issue the dispute again) and said you would correct the job, we will be in contact with you to do that.

Angela was great. I had a really great experience and I can not wait for her to come back. She cleaned areas that I didn’t ask for her to clean and this was all while I was working from home. Very professional and I would recommend her every time. We’re not messy people but with kids it can get messy and she organized my daughters room in ways I couldn’t expect. Thank you again and I’m looking forward to her follow up visit as she left the house smelling great with her products.

The work that was done was not done to the standard that I would associate with a "deep cleaning" I was very specific with the work that needed to be completed and asked BEFORE any work was completed if they were able to do the job. One associate was sent out, and she was very sweet, but the job I paid for was not completed. I politely texted her and asked if she was coming back to finish the oven and refrigerator (mind you I did not ask them to re-do all the other things they did not do, or did poorly the first time.) to which she said yes, she meant to tell me she didn't do that and didn't think she had to since she'd "organized" my bathroom. (Which she didn't, see photos...) I reminded her that I'd already paid for these services and they were the major reason I hired her. She stated that she would be back tomorrow to complete them. Maybe an hour or so later I get a new invoice for $55 for "additional services" for organizing the bathroom and kitchen, which again WAS NOT DONE. At this point I'm so over the entire situation I'm going to hire someone else to come out and complete the work they should have completed. See the lust of the work not completed during their "deep cleaning"

1. The bathrooms were not clean. See the sides of the toilet, tub, showerhead, countertops, etc. - there was no "organizing" done. The one associate that you sent moved stuff around, but did not organize anything.

2. I paid to have both the refrigerator and oven cleaned inside and out and neither were done.

3. I paid to have two bedrooms and 3 bathrooms cleaned. The one associate that you sent did not do ANYTHING in the bedrooms.

4. I requested and paid for the steps to be vacuumed and neither the bedrooms nor the steps were vacuumed.

5. The associate left the bags of trash sitting in the middle of the kitchen floor.

6. No dusting was done to ANY surfaces

7. The ceiling fans were requested to be cleaned and were not.

Honestly I'd say use them at your own risk. You definitely are not going to get what you pay for. I hate to even have to write this review, but at the end of the day you're only as good as the service you provide and your customer service, and in this case both were severely lacking. I do not recommend this "service" if it can be called that. Very disappointing and unprofessional in handling of the situation.

Do. Not. Use. This. “Cleaning”. Service!! Absolute worst cleaning and rude behavior. There are so many others. Do not waste your time. I am still arguing with the owner Irma. I am NOT paying for a service that lies about cleaning when clearly it was not cleaned. And she “guarantees” her cleaning. They came back and only cleaned the pictures I took. Have found many other areas not cleaned!!

Amazing work by very sweet ladies, I hired them for deep cleaning and they gave me an appointment and came in a few minutes early. They walked my house and gave me a reasonable price. They really took their time and detailed every little part of each room. They organized even the little things that were out of order. They even vacuumed my dogs bed on the floor (I thought it was very sweet). Every part of the room was done with attention to detail, very happy with them. I will definitely get their service over and over again. Thank you JC cleaning.

I have used JC Cleaning services for many years and I highly recommend their services. I have used them bi-monthly for residential cleaning. They are always on time, pay attention to detail and what I ask for, and are always kind and courteous. They even make my kids room look so cute by re-arranging their stuffed animals on their bed. I also like that the same crew comes each time so they know exactly what I want as they clean.

We used JC Cleaning during our move out from a rental. The 5BR 3BA home was spotless when they finished! Irma and her team were on time, very nice and worked with a smile. I had not used a service before and I was anxious, but they did a SUPER job! I will use them again if needed.

Mayra and team were very professional and thorough. They did a terrific job deep cleaning my home and I was pleasantly surprised by some of the personal touches they added prior to departure. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning company with a reasonable price and a great attitude.
