Home Services reviews in Lilburn, Georgia

You would think someone who has a company sticker on their truck would drive a little better. This guy came over into our lane and almost hit us in the front. Even with honking he continued to come over. Then proceeded to cut several people off. No turn signal any time as he was switching lanes and cutting people off. License plate XIT419. USDOT 2108862 GA

This company is great. He came out on a Sunday to move some rocks for me. I would use them again!
-
Great job fast service, will call him again and every season.

We used Pearl's Landscaping to do some forrestry mulching (land clearing) in a heavily wooded area of our property. I was amazed at what they were able to accomplsh in 2 days and plan to have them back out here again soon for more!

If I could rate this company zero I would. Not only did their landscapers spray Ranger Pro herbicide in my active herb and food garden, the manager has the audacity not to even call me back. Not only are the spraying cancer causing chemicals in our community, upon me asking what they were spraying out of the entire crew none of them even knew the name of the Pesticides they were using which caused a delayed response for me to try and save my garden. You really only have 30 minutes to an hour to take action.
So I have to question do they even know its Ranger Pro herbicide, contains 41% glyphosate, is associated with risks of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, kidney/liver damage, and skin/eye irritation and it's Classified as a probable human carcinogen by the IARC, it can cause severe harm if ingested or through prolonged exposure? And is toxic to fish and poses risks of severe damage to non-target plants?
They must not know because their guy walked over the threshold boarder of my personal garden and raised garden beds and sprayed Ranger Pro poison on my honeysuckle flowers, inches a way from my Basil, Thyme, Rosemary, miny oregano, tomato, strawberries, lettuce, food and herbs I cook with and drink as medicinal purposes everyday. What kind of landscaper who should be trained under a license through the EPA not know that you can't spray that near food because it's extremely toxic, as well as spray within 5 feet of me and my dog, while they have on Personal protection equipment, mask and gloves?
I called their manager Brandon and sent a text message as I wanted to know what was the name of what they were spraying and to let him know what happened.. And was met with a response for me to contact my HOA. I had to basically tell him it was a matter of life and death and let him know if I get sick, then what, then he sent me the name Ranger Pro epa # 524-517. He didn't follow up or even acknowledge or apologize what his guys did to my garden. I also called Naturscapes and have yet to be contacted by their property manager. -
Best landscaping that can be done

Beautiful work with hard workers!
-
our lawn keeps getting worse every year and thsy have no answers...too bad for such a good company tooo.....
-
Beyond horrible service, don't recommend for anyone, it will only cause you more stress as they are not supervised and clueless to what to do
-
They don't know what they are doing. Just blow leaves under bushes. They pick up twigs and put them under bushes.
-
Worst service ever, unskilled employees that cause property damage. Unprofessional management, who won't return calls or respond to emails in order to resolve issues.
-
One of their workers keeps blowing debris from where he's working onto my property. I have complained to the company several times and recieved rude comments from them. I;m still trying. Be aware !

Reside in Sun City Peachtree at which Naturescapes provides the landscaping services. They are un-professional, ignore calls, e-mails, and letters. The actual services provided are terrible. They cut the lawn down to the dirt, have completely ruined a hill on the side of my home.

Jim C. With Naturescapes has been a pleasure to work with. He provides updates regularly, is very professional, made helpful landscaping recommendations, and has taken the care to ask questions and understand the needs and expectations for services being requested. His exemplary communication and guidance has been greatly appreciated.

Not sure of the service but they do not drive very well. They cut the guy in front of me off to make a left turn from the right lane.

Terrible company to use! I definitely wouldn’t recommend naturescapes to any of my family or friends. They cut the grass real low scalping our grass. They leave tire marks from their big machines all throughout the lawn. Customer service is terrible, I can’t get anyone from the office to return my phone calls or emails. If I could give this company a 0 start I would. STAY AWAY!

After the mowing crew told the supervisor that the ground was far too wet to mow, their supervisor told them to do it anyway, resulting in multiple yards in our neighborhood damaged by heavy mowers sliding down inclines and leaving trenched, rutted yards. They also had staff mow over 63 homes' utility marking flags that had been placed for an upcoming Comcast installation. NatureScapes response to this: Ruts were filled with sand, but not smoothed out. There was no apology. A complaint to the Better Business Bureau went unanswered. A complaint letter sent to the owner of NatureScapes also went unanswered. Amazingly, if you go to the NatureScapes website, they brag about having "Insane Customer Service!"
Yes, their customer service is definitely insane, but probably not in the way they intended.
