Worked with "Jim" from BenLe. Really outstanding service. First time was freon service for one of my units - fairly priced. But the real key is that he explains what he's doing and just simply asks prior to performing any service. That is very nice. Booties worn in the house without me even asking. I love it. Very respectful. Helped me diagnose my second AC unit and went over all my options for my situation. He even *came back(!)* for my first unit service due to an additional thing he wanted to check to give me most value for my money?! Hard to find people like that anymore! Very quick on the responses as well - texting with both owner and Jim. These guys are doing it right.

I don't normally write reviews but thought they did such an excellent job. Mon went above and beyond what was expected. He inspected our system, explained why it was broken, and showed what it would take to fix it. It was fast and professional and I would recommend them to anyone in the area. Side note: I had some other company look into it before BenLe and they were hard to schedule and told me the wrong thing was broken (either I was being scammed or they don't know what they were doing). After about a month with them and my AC still broken, I called BenLe and they came and fixed it the same day.

Update (02-15-2024): My AC is starting to break down with age. As with my previous experience I called insurance first but they were difficult to schedule and the person they sent was incompetent. I decided to call BenLe again since they were so good last time. Ben came over, inspected the outdoor unit, gave me a rundown of what's happening, and fixed the issue within 10 minutes. Afterwards, I had a few questions about my HVAC since it's old. He walked me through different scenarios of what to watch out for and what would need to be done in each case.

Ben installed two new units for our home. Everything has been working great so far. He was very responsive to any question or request we had. He did not charge us extra for having to come out and install our second thermostat that arrived late. He was on time and professional. His price was much more affordable compared to others. I would definitely recommend BenLe for your HVAC needs!

The owner has deep technical knowledge, doesn’t take shortcuts and transparent about costs. Recently, BenLe Heating and Air replaced a furnace. The crew arrived punctually and were polite and cordial. They cleaned up, leaving the area the way they found it. Highly recommended for your home’s HVAC needs.

Ben Nguyen, the owner of BenLe Heating and Air, was very friendly, courteous, and professional. Also, he was fast, knowledgeable, and MAINLY affordable. He showed up 5 minutes early prior to my appointment time. He answered all of my questions and made sure I understood why I was seeing the issue and what he was going to do to fix it. He did not try to fix what isn't broken; just good and honest work. On top of it all, he called me a few days later to check in and make sure everything was working properly. How impressive is that? And oh, Ben was also the one who installed my Nest Thermostat. Love it! With the new Nest Thermostat, I'm pretty sure I'll see some savings on my next bill. Great service. Great experience overall!

Great experience! We got a few different quotes before deciding to go with the best which was BenLe Heating & Air. Ben arrived exactly when he said he would, and was finished installing our new AC unit in under 3 hours. Very knowledgeable and polite! We will definitely be using him again when it comes time to replace our furnace.

These guys are awesome, I went with them couple times to get my AC unit serviced. Always informative and let you know the in and outs. They also offer competitive pricing. Will call them again, when needed.

BenLi is an excellent Air Conditioner repair service. They arrived when the said they would, assessed the problem, ordered the part they needed and returned the next day and repaired my AC in an hour at a very good price. The technician that did the repaired my system was very professional and polite. I have a very old AC system that is inside my condo which i was told would be very difficult to repair by our maintenance guy. No problem for BenLi. Absolutely excellent service across the board
