This team did a fantastic job! Our HVAC system went out. The compressor needed to be replaced. Our system was still under warranty (less than 5 yrs old) and they were able to replace the part through warranty and we paid for labor services! They communicated well and completed the job in a timely and efficient manner! Pricing was also very fair! They didn’t try to sell us anything additional, they did say our system needed to be cleaned and now we will contact their business for a yearly cleaning. Thanks guys! Will recommend to my neighborhood community!

Installed new furnace in a day from initial request. Made modifications to improve heating efficiency very next day. Very clean and efficient team. Greatly appreciate fast response and adequate cost!!!!

Nick was very helpful! He replaced a failed control board on the furnace and figured out why it wasn't running long enough to hear the house. I'll definitely be using BenLe Heating& Air again in the future if I need HVAC work done.

Initially it was easy to get an appointment but as I needed a follow-up it was difficult to get anyone to answer the phone or come out in a timely manner.
Also, the technician charged me $125 which at the time I agreed to it, I was under the impression it was for the clean up of the condensation leak I had. Apparently to him it meant he would just clean the water out of the tray... for $125?!! I would have never agreed to that if I had been communicated with clearly.
When someone finally came out again they didn't charge me for the visit, but they also never addressed the outrageous charge or emailed me back.
In short, I'm sure there are better options in the area and I intend on finding them.

It's the little things that matter. He recommended and performed a coil cleaning which wasn't needed. I hose my coils down frequently. He looked at my air filter which was clean and didn't replace the aluminum tape which stops the air leak. When I asked for an invoice he responded with "I already sent it". You need to have more patience being a buisness owner. Positive note he was flexible with scheduling.

Ben replaced an AC unit at my house in 2021. It worked for LESS THAN A YEAR before the unit started creating a rumbling sound. We contacted Ben right away and were told there was a $75 service charge for coming out even though the unit was under warranty and was replaced by him just months ago. It left a bad taste in our mouths. We are now working with other licensed HVAC companies for the many properties we manage and have found them to be much easier to work with and more reasonable in prices. I would stay away from Ben!!
