Reginald was so kind & took the time to explain what was happening & made sure that I understood how it worked.

Evolution Heating & Cooling are wonderful! They are responsive, attentive, and take the time, in advance, to know what issues they will be dealing with when they arrive so they will be prepared. The technician was first off very polite, and was able to diagnose the issue quickly. He did not waste our time. This company went above and beyond our expectations.

Reginald SR. was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable with duct work and HVAC units. He provided excellent customer service and gave good recommendations on options to fix our heating issues. I would highly recommend Evolution for your heating and cooling needs.

Having selected Evolution Heating & Cooling for my annual maintenance, I could not be happier. The guy was very professional and took the time to explain what he was doing. On top of that, he gave me some pointers on how to keep my system running well. They clearly enjoy their work, since I will be using them again without a doubt.

I put off replacing my old air conditioner for a long time. It failed this summer at long last. During my entire consultation with Evolution Heating & Cooling, they were nothing short of outstanding. Everything went swimmingly throughout the installation, and the staff was really helpful in helping me choose the perfect unit for my home.

When our air conditioner stopped working in the middle of a heat wave, Evolution Heating & Cooling came to the rescue. They sent a technician out the very same day, and he or she quickly diagnosed the problem as low refrigerant and a clogged filter. Our home swiftly regained its comfortable temperature after he attended to all the required repairs. I am quite grateful for the prompt and helpful support they provided.

Reggie was on time, he was professional and friendly.

When he got to the house he turned on the heat and it was working. He didn't take that as the problem was fixed. Reggie cleaned the components of the unit. He did a thorough inspection and ensured that he had done everything possible to ensure the issue would not return.

The technician came after I contacted this company. He diagnosed a problem with the compressor and replaced it. At this point, my air conditioner is functioning exceptionally well. Larry was incredibly cordial and pleasant, and I am very grateful for their assistance.

Communication was Great!! Technician arrived as expected and was very knowledgeable of solving the problem. They have digital meters used to detect Freon levels and/or leaks. Technician was thorough and efficient. Very Pleased!!!

Reginald was professional and nice. He showed up during the scheduled timeframe, even though I live in the middle of Atlanta. He had my heat fixed within minutes. Would recommend.

We noticed a leak coming from our air ducts in te basement. Evolution responded to our call the next day, and the technician (Reggie) was out to our house within 24 hours! Reggie was friendly and professional. We would definitely recommend Evolution & plan to use them in the future. Great work!

Reginald was a great help. He educated me on the process and advised me of all the steps necessary to reach a resolution. He was patient, informative and kind. Reasonably priced, they wore shoe covers and cleaned up after themselves. We had a new unit put in and it works brilliantly. Very professional and I highly recommend them. I will most certainly use them again for the water heater

Reginald fit me in the same day. Diagnosed, replaced a part in my compressor, and I was good to go in about 20 minutes. Very appreciative in this 90 degree heat. I’m glad my warranty company partnered with Evolution. I’m very satisfied with Evolution’s service. Thank you!
