Reggie came right on scheduled time (less than 18 hours notice) and diagnosed my air conditioning unit issue in less than 5 minutes. Fair price, very knowledgeable and great to work with! Also showed me some issues to consider in the future with my furnace free of charge with no sales pressure. Would highly recommend.

My HVAC system sustained more damage as a result of the technician installing the incorrect item. They refused to accept responsibility when I asked for a refund or a solution. Seeing so many positive evaluations, which I believe are fraudulent, is startling. False praise obviously overshadows real consumer experiences like mine. Do yourself a favor and avoid falling for this fraud by finding a reliable contractor.

The service was quite unsatisfactory. After installing the new system, the guys were unprofessional and left my house in disarray. They were in and gone quickly and failed to provide comprehensive explanations. Because of the careless installation, I am currently having unresolved heating problems. I regret employing them for this position because their customer service is appalling.
