I Called Sunday and spoke to a young lady who scheduled service for me on Monday for the hours between 12-2 for a upholstery cleaning. I was told they would call me 30 min ahead before visiting. When it’s was 1:34 i made a call to them to inquire when they would be coming and the young lady told me they were still coming and that she would call me back with an eta. She never called back and no one ever showed up. I was suppose to work in the office that day and I changed my entire schedule just to be home for their arrival. Ended up calling another company.
