Unfortunately, I experienced multiple scheduling errors with this service.

I originally reached out to M2S to clean my home before an event. When they had not arrived at the scheduled time, I reached out to the owner to check in and was told that she didn’t receive the call and text from me, but they could come clean the home at a different time that day. I was not able to reschedule for a different time that day.

She did not return my deposit, but did offer to reschedule this appointment. For the rescheduled appointment, they were 40 minutes late and went over on their scheduled time 1.5 hours. When I shared with the owner that I needed to attend an appointment before the service started, she stated that she forgot.

The multiple scheduling errors were my only issue with this service. I hope that this improves, as M2S’s cleaning services are thorough and very well done.

I’m beyond impressed with the cleaning service I received! The lady who cleaned my home was not only professional and friendly but also incredibly thorough. She paid attention to every detail, leaving my home sparkling clean. She was efficient, yet meticulous, and finished ahead of schedule. M2S cleaning service did a magnificent job! The expertise of the workers showed they knew exactly how to clean my two problem areas, the master bath and kitchen. In addition, the floor areas which consisted of lament, carpet and slate looked practically new once they were cleaned. I highly recommend this business. They will not disappoint.

I have been using M2S cleaning service for almost two years or more and I love their service! I get a deep clean once a month for my house and I used to get a basic clean every two weeks for my apartment. Candace and Cassandra are thorough (they wipe door handles, clean cabinets, crevices, organize items, wipe blinds, etc.) which is exactly what I need to get that “clean” feel in my home. They also answer any questions I may have about cleaning products or method. And, they are mindful about the type of material your floor, counters and furniture are. I tell them all the time that their service is so amazing for my mental health. It gives me a “reset” for the month. At this point, we are committed as long as I live in ATL. Eventually, I would love to get my home deep cleaned every two weeks. Here are a few photos of recent service.

Love this cleaning service. Prompt, communicative, and cleans like somebody's grandma. House so clean! And we have a dog that sheds so bad! Not a dog hair in sight. Love it. Will be hiring again.

Exceptional service!! I told the owner I had really stubborn stains and mold in my kitchen and bathroom. I was instantly reassured that it would be no problem and she’d be happy to help . She gave me educational tips and feedback on how to keep the same spots clean until next month . And did I mention how reasonable the prices are?!
