They are not qualified to offer design services, paver patio holds water and will have to be replaced, stairs look terrible and they tried to cut corners. They did come back and reinstall sod but it looks no better today than it did when they agreed to replace it. Overall not happy with the large sum of money that was spent and the results we have. Never have we been complimented by anyone on their work.

Due to Hurricane Michael, I had to take 4.5" of rainwater out of the pool this am to get it back to the proper level. Original driveway was poured in July 97. Dug the pool October 03. Due to the existing landscape and existing driveway i have had rivers flow through my back yard for 21 years. Our pool would get flooded with Georgia red clay during very significant rain events including one storm that put 2" of dirt in the bottom of the pool. NOT ANY MORE! I was dancing in the rain last night watching everything headed down my new beautiful driveway straight to the street drain! God bless this company and their hard working and very proficient employees! You don't know how much i appreciate what you have done for this property!

I have used Old Mountain Landscaping before and didn't hesitate to call again for my latest work. I had a drainage issue that was professionally thought out and then had sod laid in my front yard. I have had cars stop on my busy street when I'm watering to tell me how beautiful it looks. Clint Austin and his team do a great job!

We can't say enough good things about Clint and his team. Under difficult weather conditions, they worked very hard to make sure our new driveway, parking pad and sidewalks were perfect. Clint gave us exactly what we wanted. He is truly an expert in his field.

Clint and his crew fixed a grading issue that was leading to water getting into our basement space. Since having the work completed, we have had no issues with water leaking into the basement. The work was completed quickly, the team was professional and very helpful. Clint has even called me personally after heavy rains to check in to make sure the basement is staying dry. I really hate to leave this review.
Clint and his team installed a rock wall and dry creek bed. They did a great job but I really didn't like how the dry creek bed looked aesthetically. Clint offered to buy back the rocks from the creek bed. All I had to do was remove them from where they were and put them in a pile for his guys to pick up and reuse for another job. The rocks were picked up at the end of March 2024 and as of the end of November 2024, I still have received no refund. Communication with Clint has been silent since July 2024 when we brought him out to get an estimate for more work. He has not provided the new estimate or responded to repeated requests via phone and email for a refund. I would have kept the rocks and reused them elsewhere. But now, I am out of rocks and money.

Called this company twice, explained my situation, and even though they said they were going to call me back, they never did. Funny that three of the reviews in here are from people who work for this company.

I reached out to this company for an estimate. One of their employees came to the house to grind and polished the concrete foundation of my main floor and show me an example of 12x12 inches. I showed him a picture of what I want and he proceeded to stop and call Luis and explain to Luis what it was that I wanted, they told me that what I was looking for was for them to Stain my concrete floor. I said ok, you’re the professionals go for it. After they were done, I called Luis to complain and say , hey this is not what I wanted, this looks itching like the picture. Luis has a couple of excuses up his sleeves and proceeded to say that because of my foundations imperfections the acid accumulated in certain spots and he a different reaction. I said ok well I wish I would’ve been told, he said no worries, I can fix this for you for another couple of grand, I said fine, just get it right. He promised to get it right , and of course it came out wrong with some more imperfections. Needless to say, they had to re do it and on the third try, they still couldn’t get it right. I wish they would’ve not taken the job from the get go, now it’s been 2 months and I still don’t have furniture nor the fridge inside the house. 2 weeks after they lay a new coat of metallic epoxy, I moved the stove to reconnect the gas line and while I did that, the floor is heavily scratched because of the stove, after they told me that with the coat they lay on it it would be scratch resistant. Smh it has been a complete nightmare and they want more money from me as well. This was my experience with the company, unfortunately it did not go so well . Luis apologized for the way I felt but said he still wanted more money for the work completed

CD&R were professional and easy to work with. They explained what they were going to do for the price, completed the work the promised to, no problems, no mess. I would definitely hire them again if I decide to finish the concrete floor for the other half of my basement!

The team arrived on time and went staight to work and did an outstanding job from beginning to end; kept me well informed of what was happening. Excellent work and I have already provided a friend with the company's information for them to get their garage floors done. Great Job Team!!!

I reached out Concrete Design & Repair to get a quote for a client and their rep John was the only person out of multiple companies I reached out to to call me right back and the visit the property to discuss the work needed. He thoroughly explained the process, the challenges and advised me on what he recommended for my client's floor repair. And has just gone above and beyond to try and help. While my client hasn't moved forward with hiring this company for floor repairs just yet, my experience with John so far and his customer experience compelled me to write this review based on my experience so far.

Can't say enough good things about the work that was done on our screen porch. It came out great and the crew came back to address a couple of minor issues to make sure that we were completely satisfied with the job. We will be sure to used John and his guys again for another project that we will be looking to start next year.

This has been some of the best customer service that I have ever experienced in dealing with any contractor. They conduct business the way you wished everyone did.

About a year ago I hired a company to provide some concrete stamping to my back patio. They did a good job but never completed the front walkway. I contacted a few companies and they never followed up. I connected with Concrete Design and Repair on social media and they were quick to respond, make an appointment and give an estimate. Luis was fantastic and understood what my goals were. They completed the job quickly and the walkway looks incredible. I was so impressed that I asked them to refinish my driveway and I'm equally as satisfied.
