Awfull!!!!worst customer experience I have ever experienced they delivered the tile for floor a week before thanksgiving it was suppose to be fine before thanksgiving here we are on the second week after thanksgiving they start the install first not enough tile was ordered no grout delivered. Then are told tile can't be done so go to pick out carpet instead everyone in here is treating us like we are stupid very unhelpful our carpet in our house has been ripped up this morning and they are telling u s that we will have to order the carpet ........ so based on their previous rate of speed we will maybee have the floors in by Christmas. Do not get any home improvements through home depot unless you want to make your life miserable!

My maintenance guy was on time and very professional.

Don't use install/repair services!!!!! Scheduled hot water heater replacement and employee incorrectly stated that we already had the new one at our house. So, I had to call back to have them correct. The installers called in the last hour of the window and said they couldn't make it. They came back the next day requiring another day off of work to meet them. The installers quoted $1800 for a 6-year 50 gallon natural gas replacements even though the highest end heater at home depot was $650. I sincerely doubt the few minor parts and installation is genuinely $1150 when other charge that for the entire install with parts. Installers wouldn't provide an itemized invoice. What are they hiding??? The installers are actually another company (ARS). Why set up through Home Depot when we don't get the home depot price and another company also needs to make a profit on this transaction???

The service team did an excellent job installing our carpet on Jan. 3rd.

I had a new water heater installed. I was pleased with this service. It was an easy process too.

I had my maintenance service on my heating system. Very pleased with Troy coming and servicing my heating system. He gave me a lot of information that I didn’t know about my furnace.

Home Depot/Davis Sons crew did a fantastic job with the water heater installation. They were very meticulous with the installation. The soldering and fittings were all top quality. They came prepared with all the right tools and completed the job in little over 3 hours. Shout out to Home Depot, Matt, Jeremiah and team! Home Depot was reasonably priced and several hundred dollars below Lowe’s.

PPGA did a great job on staining our deck. Highly recommend their work and pricing was 20% lower than other proposals we received. Will contract them again on our next painting/staining needs.

I purchased my home 6 years ago and needed a few repairs done. We heard the stellar reviews about Aiden and gave him a call and those reviews did not disappoint. Aiden is so knowledgeable about his craft and super professional. He is honest about letting you know about what needs to be done and he goes above and beyond that. Not only that, his prices are completely fair and each time a task was completed, the results are superb. Needless to say, I don’t call anyone but him! I would give him more stars if I could! Called and made an appointment for an estimate to side my house. Let him choose the day and came home from work early so that I could meet him. Called to let him know I was home, no one answered, no call back, no reasoning as to why the appointment was missed.

Update: Aiden and his team finished up the first project, no issues! He went the extra mile, recommend.

Aiden was quick to come out and walk through the projects. He got to me pretty quickly with the estimate, fair pricing. He's been receptive to any questions I have sent will start the work in a few weeks.

FD Remodeling did a fantastic job! We used them to remodel our master bathroom. The plumbing and tile installation was excellent. Everything was just how we wanted it. We couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!!

Highly recommend FD Remodeling! From the first contact, they were responsive, helpful, and communication was wonderful. Vickie answered all questions quickly and kept us up to date with delivery of materials and scheduling. We had Javier and his crew knock down our deck and rebuild a new one, as well as replace our french doors. We were updated each day with the progress, the crew was wonderful, polite and efficient. We will definitely be using them again for our next project.

FD Remodeling was great from start to finish. Diego was here to estimate right on time. Turnaround on the estimate was quick and they beat our expectations in being ready to squeeze our job in right away. Elza did a great job with our tile. As he did on a separate job a year ago for us. In and out on schedule and the work looks great! This is our second time using FD and we will use them again!
