Very Bad Experience. I paid $5600 cash and money orders in May 2016. Within less than six months the paint was peeling. He claims that its not his fault because the surface was problem. Even though Sherwin Williams will supply more paint, he refuses to do anything despite a 5 year guarantee. Please do not use this company. He will take your money and run. I would like to give him minus stars..

Guys were fantastic from start to finish on our basement project. They took us from studs to a complete finish. Floors, drywall, ceilings, trim, and even framed up additional rooms/bathrooms according to the plans. They were extremely flexible during the project with changes helping us get exactly what we desired. We had to pivot a few times with doors and layouts. Will definitely be using them for future projects. I should have taken the pictures before we started bringing our stuff in ….lol

They fixed the brick stairs coming into my home. They had settled in the 20 years since the home was built and become quite a hazard. I was afraid to have people over because they would often fall on the stairs. I had looked for years for someone to fix them before I found Lanche. They finished the project in one day. My steps are now the same size and level. I wasn't sure it could be done, but they did an amazing job! I couldn't recommend them more highly!

I highly recommend Lanche Home and Land! We’ve had them for years seasonally opening and closing down our sprinkler system, fixing broken sprinkler heads, and repairing accidental messes that we make! Recently, they built an irrigation water runoff area to cover an exposed pipe and it looks beautiful!

What began as a landscaping nightmare ended up being a blessing in disguise! We had hired a local landscaping company (name not to be mentioned!) to do some work for us.
