I thought I had mold within my home, so, I bumped into the company Voda online, and made a phone call. The representative whom answered was very nice and informative. She was able to schedule a technician on the same day of my call, and made accommodations that allowed me to make it home from work (1 hr + drive). The gentleman came out and inspected the area; pulled back the carpet where mold was suspected, and measured the moisture. He informed me that it wasn't mold and provided education regarding what to look for, if it was mold. So, I went forth and scheduled a carpet cleaning with them. Their representative Houston came out the following week, provided great customer service, and made it evident that he was very knowledgeable about mold and how to maintain any future findings of dark areas in my home's carpet. He also noticed it was time for duct cleaning and shared videos of the process. I was very pleased and will be using them again. Everyone was very professional from the first encounter!!

Voda came out within a 24 hour time frame of me reaching out. Very professional and provided great service. I was on a short deadline to get the inspection and report provided and Voda assisted me nicely. Definitely recommend booking ghem for any of their services! They have very reasonable prices also.

Voda saved our restaurant! We had an unknown leak in our front of house. Water was literally seeping through the cracks of the floor due to a backed up pipe. We called and explained our dilemma on a Sunday. They came out immediately! By our next business day, Wednesday, we were fully operational! No mold, no foul odor, no more wet floor! This could have been tragic but the team at Voda worked hard to ensure we did not miss a beat! I owe it to them!

Houston did an absolutely incredible job! We have two dogs and a cat, and we honestly didn’t realize how bad our carpets had gotten until after the service, the difference is like night and day. Not only were the results amazing, but Houston was also very professional throughout the entire process. We’ll definitely be using this service again!
