I reached out to AquaGuard when I discovered that I had a moisture problem within the crawl space of my home. I received an immediate response from Adrian Haynes- Field Inspector. He provided me a thorough inspection of the area along with a contract proposal. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The installation of the encapsulation went smoothly. The foreman, Kevin Allen and his crew were very efficient and completed the job quickly and thoroughly. After the installation, he even walked me through a final inspection of the job site. I could not have been more pleased at the quality of workmanship from this company. I certainly would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

I had a very frustrating experience with Aquaguard and would encourage others to be cautious.

My main concern when I called (January 2026) them was sagging floors. When the representative came out to inspect my crawlspace, he suggested encapsulating the crawlspace and claimed that once it was done, the floors would level out. That explanation didn’t make much sense to me, because encapsulation doesn’t typically fix structural sagging issues. He didn’t mention a support beam with jacks or nothing of the kind.

The quote they gave me was $14,000, which is a significant amount of money. I explained that I had just moved in and didn’t yet know my budget. The rep asked if he could check financing options and told me it would only be a soft credit pull that wouldn’t affect my credit, so I agreed.

He then showed me the financing options and asked when would be a good time to follow up once I had my budget figured out. I told him the middle of the following month. However, he used that date as a start date for installation, assuring me multiple times that it was just to hold a spot on the schedule and that nothing would move forward and I could cancel anytime with no consequences.

About a week and a half before the install, I texted the rep and asked to cancel. He responded “yes sir,” so I assumed everything was taken care of.

Then, just a few days before the supposed install date, I received a notification that a financing account had been opened in my name, which resulted in a hit to my credit, and the company had already withdrawn a large amount for materials. I only discovered this through email notifications.

I immediately called the company and verbally canceled again two days before the install. On the day of the scheduled appointment, I still received a text asking me to confirm the job.

I had to contact the financing company directly to cancel everything. I ended up speaking with a senior account manager because they had to investigate why funds had already been taken. Thankfully I had proof of my cancellation through text messages and my phone call, and after several days the account was credited and closed.

The entire situation was extremely stressful and frustrating, especially because the representative emphasized how important customer reviews are to their company and how much they value customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t reflect that at all.

In the end, I chose to work with another company that actually addressed the structural cause of my sagging floors, rather than pushing an expensive encapsulation that wouldn’t have solved the problem.

I’m very glad I went with another contractor.

Adrian Haynes was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He did a complete inspection of my living spaces and crawl space and explained everything in clear detail. Extremely Disappointed – Poor Encapsulation Work Caused Major Structural Damage & No Response ⭐ (Update: received a response. They sent an inspection duo to look at the issue and I haven’t heard anything since then)
In 2017, AquaGuard installed a full crawlspace encapsulation in our home in Peachtree City. Fast forward to 2026: an independent inspection revealed that they installed the vapor barrier directly over the bases of our original metal support posts under the main girders. This trapped moisture against the posts, causing severe rust, corrosion, and weakening that is now leading to significant settlement and sagging floors throughout the house.
A reputable local company (American Crawlspace Solutions) confirmed this damage is directly tied to AquaGuard's improper installation. They quoted over $11,000 to replace 20 rusted posts with new adjustable supports just to stabilize the home and prevent further failure. This is a serious safety issue that could have been avoided with proper installation techniques (like protecting or elevating the post bases).
I will have to pay another company to fix what they broke.

We had Adrian Haynes out this week to assess some water intrusion in our basement, and we couldn't be more impressed. He was incredibly thorough and transparent about the entire waterproofing process. Dealing with water issues is stressful, but Adrian’s deep knowledge was very comforting to my family and me. We felt like we were in expert hands the whole time. I highly recommend AquaGuard for any waterproofing or foundation needs!

Adrian came out on a Saturday, and he showed up on time. Extremely knowledgeable! He walked around the inside and outside of our property and did a thorough inspection, then sat down and went through every option with us. Communication was top notch. I highly recommend Adrian, do not hesitate to schedule with him!

I employed Aquaguard to address my driveway cracking, movement, and water erosion. The Field Inspector Whitt Burcham stressed how they prided themselves on getting the project done right and they were like "family". Whitt walked my property with me and showed me areas that needed to be addressed. My project started with a "no show" by the crew without any updates. I left work early so had to return to work by the time they said they could arrive. They gave me a hassle to reschedule. When they came for the second date they again did not call ahead or confirm arrival time, leaving me scrambling to get home. The crew that arrived from the beginning of my project stated they are "separate" from the initial inspector and could not support all that was said by him in regards to my project. By the time my project was complete I was left under satisfied with the outcome. I was then told that if I wanted them to do anything else, I would have to sign a "waiver" of liability. When I contacted Whitt back to try to remedy, I was essentially told he was no longer involved and the crew onsite is now in charge. After the crew left, within 3 days there was at least 2 substantial cracks in my driveway leading to one corner being held on by nothing but the epoxy they applied. Additionally the epoxy they placed in between slabs had cured and left deep pockets where water now pools as well as sediment and debris. I reached back out to Whitt on the cellphone number he provided initially and have yet to get any response at all. I then called Aquaguard on 9/30/25 as the crew stated to call for any problems and they would be out to fix. I was told by scheduler that they would have to reschedule that crew because "they already won't get paid again" and "they wont pay a different crew" and it would be 3-4 weeks. I requested a sooner date and a call from supervisor. I received no call. I called again on 10/2/25 with the same request. No call. I called again today 10/6/25, and have yet to speak to anyone who can help me with my situation. I regret using this company at all.

I don’t remember the names of the 2 gentlemen that cleaned my carpets but they performed a miracle! I’d had them cleaned years before by another company and wasn’t impressed at all with the results.

The guys from Voda did an amazing job. The pictures don’t even do it justice. I’d absolutely recommend their service and plan on using them again.

Our church used VODA to clean the carpets in our Kids Ministry area. We called on a Wednesday and they came out the next day! Carpets look amazing, service was incredible, and communication was great as well. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

Reach out to voda cleaning & restoration early Saturday morning, to clean my carpet before I move all my furniture in my house. The carpet was in bad condition! Did not even want to step on it! But Chris, and Dakarai did an awesome job! Now my carpet looks brand new! I will totally recommend them! Also they don’t hurt your pockets!!!

I experience with James at Voda was exceptional. Calls are always returned in a very timely manner, they arrived at the location on time, and they did an excellent job of smoke remediation in the apartment. They are very easy to work with. I would highly recommend using this company.

First off, before I even talk about the service, I want to rave about their customer service, because I think most companies these days are lacking and it’s so refreshing not to want to pull your hair out after dealing with a company!

When I originally submitted an online estimate request, Voda reached out within two minutes. I made a joke that they were super on top of things today.. but that wasn’t a one time thing. Their customer service has been like that through the entire process; such an overwhelmingly pleasant experience with each interaction.

As for the service, I called several different companies and Voda’s price was by far the best available, so I made a next day appointment.
Day of, they showed up on time, ready to go, and completed it promptly. Later in the day they reached out to see how my upholstery turned out. I mention a cushion that dried kind of wonky, and they immediately offered to come back to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. The next morning they reached out to schedule a time, and I was still in shock that I didn’t have to track a company down for once to follow up myself. I am in awe of what a respectful and proactive team Voda has. You don’t see that these day

So for the best price, customer service, and cleaning, it’s really a no brainer who I will call for future needs. Thanks a ton!!

Last weekend I trusted Voda with cleaning 2 of my couches with some tough stains and my staircase. I honestly did not know that my couch could ever look this clean! I am so impressed with my whole experience. The whole team was very professional and pricing was the best around.

The technician DJ was very friendly, on time, and delivered great service. I would definitely recommend to ask for DJ at Voda if you need your carpets cleaned.

Top notch company. I have used many professional cleaning companies in the past, but Voda Cleaning & Restoration is hands down the best. I found them on Thumbtack and all the reviews were excellent. I reached out for an estimate and they got back to me in record time with a quote. Chris & Brad were able to schedule the carpet cleaning the next day and even arriving earlier which was convenient for me. These amazing guys were professional and keep me informed the whole way through the cleaning. My carpets look amazing and I will be using them for my next cleaning. Very reasonably priced, and they were prompt and efficient.

After they finished the job, I discovered that they also do restoration work for water damage. I will be hiring them to fix a leak we had in our basement which damaged some of our drywall. I will update on that work as soon as we get that scheduled and done. Looking forward to working with them again.

Voda customer service was great. They helped move a couple of pieces of furniture to roll up my area rug. My rug cleaning was completed in a timely manner. They were courteous and friendly. I highly recommend this company and would be happy to use them again in the future.
