In October 2024 we hired AquaGuard to fix a water intrusion in our basement. That went okay. Our basement is partially finished so they worked in just one corner. It seems to have worked.

We also hired them to replace our gutters. If you buy gutters from AquaGuard you will need to check their work the next time it rains. You will also need a lot of patience and determination to get them to fix issues.

They offer a discount for signing immediately which is too high pressure for a reputable company. Instead of checking the downspout extensions that go underground they connected the easy ones and not the more challenging ones without checking to see which ones were clogged. (Use a garden hose to determine which are clogged.). They also didn’t take care in directing water. At one spot they directed water down a fairly steep landscaped hill causing rapid erosion. We also had water running down the siding in one spot.

March 13th we emailed about the erosion. On April 6th we noticed water streaming over a gutter and running down the siding and that one of the gutters connected to an underground extension was overflowing. We followed up with AquaGuard adding those to our issues list.

Many emails, texts, and phone calls were exchanged before two supervisors and a sales manager came by to fix what they could on April 18th. We will be outside checking their work the next time it rains.

It rained April 22nd. Aquaguard’s fix failed. Aquaguard returned and adjusted the gutter because water was not draining properly. It helped a little but water was still running down the siding.

Aquaguard returned a third time and added a larger piece closer to the gutter to direct water away from the house and into the gutter. This time they used a garden hose to understand the flow of water. It is much better.

Aquaguard Foundations Solutions did an encasement of my crawlspace. Everyone I interacted with from the company was extremely knowledgeable. Jermaine and Jamal did a great job in the installation process and they were extremely professional and thorough in making sure everything was done right. I did not anticipate the benefit of How much warmer my house was during this cold weather. I’m very pleased with the results. I thought about getting this done for a number of years but held back. Getting it done was the right decision!

After a year of difficulties with AG and multiple issues, a crew I had not interacted with were called out to my house to fix the issues for good (after I threatened legal complaint). I felt like rolling my eyes and saying “yeah, right”. I felt I had to review now because “Kornbred”, J.W., & Jay arrived. Kornbred immediately apologized that I had had so many bad experiences and flatly stated that he and the crew were here to repair and would be there until things were right. I was skeptical due to experience, but I am writing today to say he kept his word. He and his team were careful with my home, worked in freezing temperatures, and truly got my home secure. Kornbred took me to see the hours of work and make sure I felt it was correctly done. After a very awful year with AG, this man and his team lived up to what they said. I want this man to know I appreciate his honesty, workmanship, and attitude. He was upfront, did not double talk, and didcwhat he said. Kornbred should be promoted to training supervisor for Aqua Guard for technicians. All the lies would be cut and the work would live up to the tv commercials. Maybe he, J.W. & Jay should be the advertisement. Give them a well deserved raise! They did what all the rest did not, could not or would not do… including management at various levels. Next time - just send Kornbred & crew.

Mr. Zachary Pate, a foundation expert from Aqua Guard Solutions arrived today at the scheduled time. Mr. Pate sat me down and explained his company’s mission. After which, he asked me about my concerns and my home’s history. He then explained in detail about how he was going to evaluate for any foundation water problems in my home. After a thorough assessment, he returned with an honest recommendation that the underlying problem that my home had would not require their services. During the generous amount time Mr. Pate spent with me, he was incredibly professional, beyond knowledgeable, passionate about client relationships, and above all very sincere and kind. This company is very fortunate to have this young gentleman as part of their team. Mr.
Pate represents this company very well. I would not be surprised if he does not hold a high level leadership role in any career path he chooses. Again, thank so much Zach Pate for your services today.

Our scheduled date for Kevin to come service some issues found by Michael Braden in our crawl space was dreary, cold and rainy. But neither wind, rain, snow, nor snapping alligators stayed the service call away. Seriously…

Kevin and his assistant worked twice as long as planned, staying into the early evening to finish the job and thoroughly clean the area before considering the repairs complete. While there are numerous field technicians, few demonstrate the level of expertise and dedication consistently displayed by Kevin.

Darius from Aquaguard was absolutely outstanding. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, personable, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to do a detailed inspection of my basement and walked me through every concern he identified without rushing or using pressure tactics.

What really stood out was how well he explained the waterproofing system. Basement and drainage issues can be overwhelming and technical, but Darius broke everything down in a simple, easy-to-understand way. He used videos and visuals to show exactly what was happening and how the proposed solutions would work, which made a huge difference in my confidence and understanding.

Raymond A. and Josiah M. did a phenomenal job. Groundwater was causing my driveway to crack and become uneven. They filled the void under the driveway with expanding sealant, lifted the uneven parts back up until everything was level and filled in the cracks. They were very professional and easy to work with. I am beyond happy with their work.

We met today with Adrian Haynes from Aqua Guard - he did a fantastic job of evaluating our issue and suggesting the best fix. He was personable and very well informed on all aspects of different solutions for repairs - he was easy to understand and not at all high pressure.

Blake Whitener came on a Saturday to evaluate the situation in my basement to provide an estimate for services to contain the problem. He was a pleasure to work with, professional and caring. I appreciate the thorough explanations that were supplied to assist me in making an informed decision. The scheduling to complete the work was expedited as soon as possible working around the extreme weather we just encountered. Blake checked on me throughout the processing and everyone involved was very efficient and thorough as the work got completed.

Adrian from Aquaguard was great! Full on inspection, went into very specific detail of what needed to be fix and what he recommended. Highly recommend requesting him if you need any help and if your a person who likes to ask a lot of questions & likes to get very detailed responses.

I bought my home a few years ago and was fortunate to have already had AquaGuard solutions implemented in the home by the previous homeowner. I realized this year that I was yet to have an annual inspection and just had them in to do a thorough review. Nick Beuoy was a wonderful representative for the company based on his complete knowledge of the products, customer focus and willingness to listen. He helped educate me on what had been done, what should be considered for future maintenance and worked with me on an extended multi-year annual inspection plan. I feel comfortable with the protection of my foundation and grounds as the big storms roll through. Thanks Nick!

We had DeVon Harrison come out to do our yearly maintenance on our pump we had installed 2 years ago. He was timely, professional, thorough and checked for anything that might be amiss. Everything came back looking great and we are thankful our investment is still working like it should.

Aquaguard, specifically Matt (sales), PJ, and Alan (or Allen, not sure his spelling) from the installation team have been A+ FANTASTIC. These guys have gone above and beyond my expectations. From the initial inspection/evaluation and quote process, to the actual install. They have lifted my home...and lifted my spirits. It is good to know that there are good honest companies who employ trustworthy honest guys.
Again these 3 have exceeded my expectations. From being consultative, to being friendly, to keeping me informed every step of the way. They showed they didn't just care about the job, they cared about my home, and more importantly they showed they cared about me and my family.
I can't say enough about these 3. If the rest of the company is like these 3, it is a top notch company. Thank you for all of your help.

This crew was great. Jermane, Ezequiel, & Bryan arrived on time, introduced themselves, and explained exactly what they were going to do. I really enjoyed working with them, they were both professional and friendly. They took great care to protect the areas from dust that were not in the work area. They did a great job, cleaned up perfectly and explained how the pump worked and potential issues and follow- up procedures.

AquaGuard provided great service. The team of Dejano, Daquan, and Dexter was phenomenal. They came on time, clearly explained the process, and completed the project with minimal noise and disruption. The final site was clean as if they never came. They also provided a ton of pictures that gave me understanding of what was done and where. If you’re getting work done on your home this is the crew you want.

We had another AquaGuard crew today—Raynard A. and Gavin B.—and they represented the company with the utmost professionalism. Once again, the team arrived on schedule and provided a detailed explanation of the work to be performed, completing everything exactly as described. The work area was left cleaner than they found it. They truly went above and beyond—outstanding service!
