Very great experience with Lightning Bug. Mac was both the person who gave me my initial quote, and did the work. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to action. They showed up within their window both times, gave me a call an hour ahead of time, and showed up professionally. Boot-slippers, and entry rug and all.

I ended up having them do a second job on the spot while they were here, and I found their price points very fair. Of the 4 quotes I got they were 2nd lowest, but I trusted their opinions and work promise enough to go with them, and very glad I did.

The whole team at Lightning Bug was great to work with! Cody was great assessing our problems and going over what work we need to get done now and down the road. I have used LBE multiple times now. I originally picked them for their competitive pricing and great reviews. I waited to post a review until I had a few experiences with them. They (Christian & Kristian) updated the electrical panel for my whole house, which was a big job, and I also had some smaller jobs done by them. I continue to be impressed with their professionalism, responsiveness, and knowledge. Aaron and Kristian were just here replacing a bathroom vent/heater and a few other tasks I needed. We talked it out and came up with the best solution for me. I like how they are not rushed to get to the next job, answer all my questions, and sincerely want to do the job right. I used Lightning Bug Electric for a shortage in my light switch. I worked with Josh M. Josh is an awesome Electrican. He immediately recognized the problem and we got it fixed. The light started blinking again and Josh recognized we did not change the bulbs which were very old. He returned again with bulbs provided by the company. The light is working great now. Lightening Bug Electric recently did a new install for recessed lighting with LED wafers and we can’t thank them enough for the team that came in and added more light to our life. Cody, Leyton, and Hunter formed the crew that did the initial consult and install and cleanup. Installing lighting can be a bit complicated and LBE made it super simple for us. Our kitchen is brighter, modern and smarter looking. We had one of those 90s style florescent lights that looked plain ugly. When we did some remodeling we removed it and we sat in the dark for about 6 months so was long over due. LBE came into our home and made sure we were comfortable they even brought their own door mat and wore booties. They did an excellent job for a family on a budget. Give the team at LBE a shot at earning your business for your homes electrical needs.
