Edilson is awesome! Always professional, kind, and punctual. He was able to clear & grade one of my client’s yard in no time while adding privacy trees and retaining walls. He’s also installed fences & siding for my clients. Will always recommend his services!

We love Edilson and the work he has done for our home over the years. He has done big and small jobs for us. Our flagstone patio is our favorite. He also has done extensive repairs to fencing, cleans our gutters, repaired the roofs on our screened porch and shed, repainted our porch, trims big trees and does general landscaping. He could not be a nicer, more professional and kind person. Our neighbors here in Smyrna all use him too. Thanks Edilson for being awesome!

We love Property Masters! We have used them twice with beautiful results each time. They are quality and timely and just really great!

I made an appointment with Trevor, waited two weeks for him to come out. Never showed. Checked all the confirmation emails and called in. They finally called me back to argue with me that there was no appointment even though I'm reading off the appointment details on their own website. Seems dishonest.

Ask to reschedule for another 3 weeks out and then they tell me they don't even service Gwinnett. The lowest possible bar is to show up and return emails and calls and they couldn't do that.

We tried to work with them for well over a year, however they were just very inconsistent and not responsive when things were done completed. I had to call multiple times just to get a response.

The last thing I wanted to do was to find another company, but they really didn’t seem interested in retaining our business, and didn’t even try to keep us or ask why we left.

I wouldn’t say they are horrible, just below average.

Property masters did an amazing job at a fraction of the price of the other estimates we received. Our sod looks beautiful, we will use this company again in the future.

They have made our property look MUCH better. Love having them show up and edge and trim the bushes each week. Much more than just mow and hitting the decks with the blower. They do great work, and my lawn is proof of that.

I hired Property Masters to remove a large area of overgrown english ivy, replace some rotted wooden outdoor steps with hardscaping steps, and spruce up some of my backyard. The new steps look AMAZING, and the front yard looks amazing with pinestraw instead of an overgrown mess of english ivy. I am very happy with their work.

Very expensive and poor service. I was with this company for over 10 years and the service has gone way down hill. I paid quite a big more than my neighbors and the look and upkeep of my yard kept getting worse year over year. I tried to work with the company but had no luck. My customer service rep was a guy by the name of Adam and he never followed through with what he said he would do. He was also very arrogant. I've switched to a new company for last 3 months (which was quite a bit cheaper) and have been very pleased. I would give zero stars if I could.

Jay and his team did an amazing job transforming our front yard. The team was professional and worked with us on any changes or updates that needed to be made during the process. I would highly recommend!

We were very happy with Property Masters services. They gave us a quote, came in and did exactly what they said, and followed up with us. A walkway stone broke during the grinding of a stump they were taking out and they went out and replaced it without a second thought. I will use them again in the future.
