If you want quality work at an affordable price then you can count on property masters to deliver.

We contracted with this company to complete our backyard renovation. Upon bidding they told us two weeks. After we put down a deposit, the timeline changed to 6 weeks. This should have been a red flag to not continue on with this company. We followed up regularly in the course of that 6 week wait to assure we were on schedule still. 1 week before our scheduled date, we were told we being pushed out 2-3 more weeks. Clearly a larger more expensive job took our slot. Shady stuff. We demanded our deposit back and fired them but in the meantime have had a yard full of mud for more than 2 months because of this company and their shady practices. Don't waste your time!

It is just remarkable the transformation that Property Masters made in my yard. They were super professional and communicative at every step in the project. Trevor and Todd are top of the class and I would absolutely use them for another project and recommend them to my friends.

I had a great experience with Jake, Mike and Zoe at Property Masters. Great value delivering a landscape re-design, trees, plants, grass, irrigation, grading and drainage to a .8 acre front and back yard. Can’t say enough good things about Property Masters. Will be reaching out again.

I originally rated them a 5 based on their initial work which I have left the my initial assessment below in last paragraph. HOWEVER, now have almost 6 months with sending them multiple pictures and nice letters of follow-up requests to fix one area that is not working well and also to replace several plants that are dying, I find them UNRESPONSIVE. All I have asked is a response to review the concern and time frame for follow-up and I get no complete response. I have also emailed the president JESSE WOODRUFF and disappointed also no response!

OLD Rating immediately after the work was done: I am very impressed with the quality of the work done by Property Masters. Trevor determined a design to remedy my drainage issues and the implementation team under Mike's leadership did a perfect job in execution of the design, were on time, and very courteous doing little extra tweaks if asked.

They did excellent landscaping. They built us a boulder wall, put in pavers and many other services. Conner our foreman for the job was amazing. Checked with us every step of the way to make sure we were happy. Amazingly professional. I highly recommend this company. Excellent quality!!

I had a 30+ year railroad tie retaining wall that was coming apart. Property Masters did an excellent job - from estimate and advice to construction to cleanup. After 6 months I continue to be pleased with their work

PM provided design and installation for my front yard and the end result is amazing. Jake, Al and crew were very professional during the installation and worked in between the rain events. I was impressed with the care they took to tarp over the disturbed ground to minimize off-site runoff. They are very competitive in pricing and overall I am satisfied with their work. I have received many compliments.

We have used Property Masters several times over the last few years. They built a waterfall in a previous home several years ago which was amazing. In our current home, they built a stone walkway and performed major landscaping. We would hire them again at any time.

We worked with Jay Smith at Property Masters to help solve our drainage problems which were causing water to enter our basement in 7 places. Jay also worked with us to design a new landscaping and irrigation plan including installing sod, moving existing plants modifying our sprinkler system, and planting new plants in our back and side yard. Once on site, the team was always prompt, helpful, and courteous and happy to tweak the plans as changes came up. The remnants of Hurricane Sally came through three days after the work was finished and we did not get a single drop of water in the basement! Hurray to Property Masters for getting the job done right!!!

Excellent company! Trevor came out and did a design for the entry driveway to our home. He took into consideration our concerns and came up with a low maintenance design that was incredible. We would highly recommend Property Masters if you are considering having any landscaping done to your property.

Property Masters Installed drainage around my shop at my home to eliminate flooding issues. They also installed a beautiful rock retaining wall as well. Prompt, On time, Professional, and Affordable! I am currently speaking with them about a quote to re do my front yard island area. I highly recommend this company for any landscaping needs.

Property Masters landscaped and hardscaped both our front and backyards. Jesse was incredibly easy to work with, was communicative and responsive, and easily understood my vision. Todd, the foreman on our job, was amazing. He and his crew are true craftsmen, paying attention to every detail. I would highly recommend!

We have been using Property Masters for over 2 years. It was recommended to us by one of our neighbors. We have been quite satisfied with their services. In addition to the listed services, PM has rerouted waterflow in our side and back yards, removed 2 large diseased trees, and replaced the sod in our backyard.

Property Masters was very responsive and reasonably priced. They showed up when they said they would, were very professional, polite, knowledgeable and thorough. When they left, everything that had been displaced was put back, repaired and put back to what it looked like before. They were very easy to work with both in the office and the girls team on site. My neighbor has been ruining my yard with his water runoff for the last year - killing all of my grass, plants, and eroding the soil from my hill. To say it's been stressful is an understatement. I talked to a number of companies on ways to fix it, but always felt uncomfortable in their ability or in their pricing. However, when Jay from Property Masters came to my house, I instantly felt relieved. He was very helpful, knowledgable, and actually had me feeling excited to fix my yard. He communicated with me throughout the entire project and he was always there for any questions. Alfanzo and his team did an excellent job fixing my yard and making it beautiful again! They were such a pleasure to work with - they did an incredible job and they left everything clean when they were finished. Carrie in the office is so friendly and personable. I am now a customer for life. Thank you all so much!

From the time we moved in the community in 2020 they were responsible for lawn care and trimming of shrubs. Very inconsistent with trimming and cut my landscaping lights twice, I repaired it the first time , the second time I send an email to Jay which I believe was the manager of the crew serving our community, Did’nt take care of the problem. Then we where told that Property Master was being taken over by Cumberland Management and that they were not going to honor Property Master contract and was going to increase the price by 100,000 thousand dollars. HOA was giving a 30 day notice, I would not recommend this company terrible customer service!!

I had Property Masters build a retaining wall and do a bunch of work on my overall yard. Not only was the job well done but the team kept in regular communication with updates and any issues that came up. The work was great and we are very pleased.

I contacted Cumberland landscape group on 10/21/2024 at 11:10am and spoke with a lady. I requested someone to come to my home to provide some ideas and an estimate for my backyard. I even provided the name of my next door neighbor who recommended them. As of today, 11/5/2024, no one has contacted me. Poor customer service. Even if I received a call now, I would not do business with them.

Property Masters has done three projects at my house over the past 8 years. Their crews are courteous, professional, and they do top quality work. I have also been extremely pleased with design work. Overall, I would highly recommend them if you are considering a landscape project.
