They provided my estimate on pressure washing promptly and did a fantastic job on both my gutters and pressure washing - everyone was helpful, responsive and had a great attitude from my first call through my date of service. I’m glad I didn’t go with the first available gutter company- it took me a couple of weeks to get on their schedule but it was completely worth it!

Enjoyable experience from the start. Heather (Office Manager) patiently answered all my questions in a very personable and professional manner. Ryan and Matthew showed up on time and went right to work. Job well done. Especially appreciate their attention to detail (Matthew pointed out and did some extra clean up on a downspout on which the paint got nicked by the vac hose). Some minor clean up issues on our front patio (debris in flowers and bushes). Throwing a tarp over our bushes the next time will take care of most of that. Appreciate the "before and after" pictures that came with the invoice the next day. Used their easy online options to take care of payment. Definitely plan to use their services again.

Had bad pollen stains on my metal roof and it made the roof look dingy and old. I needed to find someone who had the expertise of properly cleaning a steep metal roof. I was pleasantly surprised to see the results after Outback GutterVac completed the service, it looked brand new! Excellent service at a fair price always keeps me coming back. Will definitely use them again!

Outback GutterVac sent two great folks to come work on our house. Ryan and Matthew were very courteous and professional, and really we could not asked for more. Their before and after pictures showed the quality of their work.

I called Outback GutterVac due to online reviews and that the process was easy. I emailed them and they got back with pricing and other options within a few hours. They scheduled it and were on time the day of the cleaning. Crew was professional as well as the office personnel. They called me the next day to make sure everything was good and to send me pictures of before and after. I highly recommend.

I was originally just looking for a company to clean our gutters but when I checked out Outback's website, I also became interested in getting a power wash as well. They came out the next day to do a quote for both and the price was right! Within 30 minutes I received a call to schedule both services. They were even able to come out a week earlier, which was very much appreciated since our gutters were full and we've been getting a lot of rain. Both visits, they were so nice and helpful and did a great job! Our house looks so clean and sparkly after the power wash. I highly recommend Outback GutterVac!!

Excellent professional service and a great job! They worked so quietly that I didn't even hear them as I was working inside. When they were finished, they gave me a summary of the work performed and the condition of the roof and gutters. Then they informed me that I'd be receiving the invoice via email along with before and after photos. No mess. No fuss. Just great service.

I really enjoyed and appreciated the service provided by Outback GutterVac. Upon submitting my request, I received a call within the same day and was able to schedule an appointment within the same week, which was fantastic. The employees (both over the phone and in-person) were very courteous and professional. The service tech that arrived on site was punctual and they completed the work in under 2 hours (my house isn't very big). Afterwards, the tech touched base with me before he left, and I even received follow-up calls and emails from Outback to check my satisfaction with the work completed! They were truly an amazing team, and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Recently had them clean our gutters and power wash our home, drive , walkways, patio and pool deck. This was our second time using their gutter cleaning services. They were very responsive giving me a quote and scheduling appointment was easy. The crew was on time and they did a thorough job. It was a big job! Everything looked clean and nearly brand new! The guys were very professional. I will definitely continue to use their services regularly.

The past 2 years we have worked with this company to pressure wash our apartment community. Everyone from the office to the on-site crews are SO professional and a pleasure to work with. Not only is their communication and customer service great but their work is next level and efficient. As a property manager we love working with amazing vendors who take pride in their work. The GOOD: great communication from office staff; they and the site team were courteous and professional; they asked some questions initially, then offered a post-work summary. Good communication for quoting and appointment work (including a weather-related reschedule).

The BAD: from their Web site, I was under the impression they only used the vacuum system (hence the company name). However, they did not use vacuums for the gutters on the rear of the house, but instead used a leaf blower, which blew muddy gunk all over our concrete patio and its furnishings as well as the back of the house. They did vacuum that stuff up from the patio, but the patio, chairs, and umbrella still sported dirt marks.

If I had known they were going to use a leaf blower, I would have solicited more quotes from traditional firms, those who do not use a vacuum system.

I made multiple attempts to schedule an appointment with this company for a pool pump repair, and the experience was extremely frustrating. While they were quick to offer reassuring words like “no worries” and promises to call back, none of those commitments were ever honored.
I contacted them three separate times, and each time I received the same empty assurances with zero follow-up. At a certain point, it becomes clear this isn’t bad luck—it’s a lack of professionalism and reliability.

Pool Scouts is by far the best pool company we have ever had. They are very knowledgeable and beyond helpful. Also very organized in sending invoices and getting back to me on questions. It’s the first time that I have felt like a pool company is interested in helping me with my pool instead of trying to sell me things I don’t need. We are in the middle of recovering my pool from months of neglect, and they have been so responsive and accommodating - even with it being the spring pool busy season. They have completely put me at ease from what was a very stressful swamp pool situation I will be back to share the before and after photos - they are working miracles!!

Took an ugly pool and made it new again. Fast service and a great price. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.
