I am absolutely in love with Anna at Pool Scouts!!? 😍 I have only recently learned that she has only been with the company a few months...... they absolutely have a shooting star with her! She has been beyond friendly, ridiculously accommodating...... I feel like I am calling my best friend when I call Pool Scouts!!! I was given the run around by Aquarama and others, IF you can even get the other companies on the phone!!!!!

I used them to close my pool last fall and to open it earlier this year. The techs were young but professional. They walked me through the process before the closing & opening and followed up after completing the service to make sure that I was satisfied. They have reasonable prices. I will definitely use them again.

I spoke to a Bailey and the guy was the upmost respectful and helpful but I was going to use this service because I seen him pictures and he looks professional and he pretty much had me locked in . but today I found out that this company fired him and the guy was perfect for the job its just not cool you guys leadership is off. If Chartez Bailey starts a pool company he will succeed ill be his first customer and I got your little note in my mailbox and I thought this is different but talking to bailey I wanted the weekly service he's the customer service with his big smile . hopefully you treat people better especially the guys who helped to get you where you are going.

I use Pool Scouts and when Jerome is around to clean our pool, it looks great. He also gives me tips when he comes on how to deal with the situation that the pool is in at that time. For example, he told me what would help keep the frogs out of the pool. I really like the service especially when Jerome cleans the pool.

They always come when they say they will and leave my pool clean and ready to enjoy! Anytime I have concerns or want upgrades, they get back to me quickly. Tech’s like TJ not only fix it, but show me how it works so I can do more myself! Thanks TJ!

Chris and Chartez with Pool Scouts did an amazing clean up job after the a storm dropped an unbelievable amount of debris in our pool. Their attention to detail is unsurpassed in pool service these days! Highly recommend!

Connor provided me with much needed information about my pool. He installed a bypass around my pool heater to get ready for winter and used parts that I already had. I really appreciate someone that is willing to take the time to talk to me and not just try and sell me something.

Pool Scouts was recommended by a friend and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I was a little hesitant at first because of the lack of reviews but I can reassure you pool scouts does incredible work! 10/10 accross the board, give them a try and I promise you won't be disappointed!

The pool technicians have been wonderful. They are hard working and knowledgeable. My pool is looking better sooner than it's ever looked. I appreciate the company's quick response to my questions, also. I highly recommend Pool Scouts.

I have to reluctantly change my review. I have had to call for a repeat service many times during my time using pool scouts. My chemicals were supposed to be used and I was repeatedly billed for their chemicals. Lastly, after I cancelled my service, I was still billed for new services. The last was about 6 months after I asked that my account be closed and my payment method deleted. I was assured this would happen. There was no outstanding balance. Despite this, I was still charged again. Too many times I've had to contact their office to correct an erroneous bill. Unfortunatly, I would not recommend them due to poor pool servicing performance and terrible billing practices.

Pool Scout is by far the best service company we’ve ever had. They are prompt, consistent, and knowledgeable. Connor has been our on-site technician and has gone above and beyond to identify and resolve all our pool issues. They replaced a number of mechanical equipment issues as well as replaced all of our lights and everything works beautifully as designed.
I can highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality service company with knowledge of equipment assembly and installation as well.
