Kiwi has been great. I had them clean my carpet almost a year ago and they did a great job. I have been using their warranty and have been getting my carpets cleaned every 3 months. They do a great job. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They also did a great job on my sofa cleaning. I definitely recommend them.

I was well satisfied with my experience with Kiwi. The technician was friendly and professional. He was also prompt to the appointment, which I appreciated. The carpets looked almost new after they were cleaned.

The scheduling process was also pleasant. The customer service representative was friendly and informative, answering my questions without pressuring.

I've been using Kiwi Services for a few years now, and they haven't disappointed yet! Customer service is great throughout. I really like the warranty and more importantly, I like that they consider a room a room - no more "it's more than xxx square feet, so it's two rooms." When my carpet is cleaned, it's clean! The service tech recommends additional services based on my needs and does not pitch a hard sell to try to get me to buy something I don't need. Thank you, Kiwi!

I have used Kiwi Carpet Cleaning Services for many years, and they always do an amazing job! The formula they use has a pleasant, fresh scent and is very effective on stains and high traffic areas. It's fast and easy to set up an appointment, and they can typically come out the same week you call them. They have an awesome warranty (but I have never had to use it). I highly recommend this company!

Kiwi has cleaned our carpets several times. We have pets and kids, and Kiwi is able to remove all issues and leaves the carpet clean and nice smelling. I would recommend them to anyone who needs carpet cleaning. Their carpet warranty is a great deal!

Kiwi Services is amazing. My technician Daryl always arrives on time and he is very friendly and thorough. He takes his time every time he comes out to clean my carpet. The previous owners of my home really did a number on the carpet but he was able to bring it back to life. I would definitely recommend Kiwi to my friends and family.

I have used Kiwi Services for 12 years. I have always been pleased with the quality of their service. My carpet is a very light cream color and after all of these years it still looks great thanks to Kiwi Services. Love the fresh smell and the quality of cleaning. You can't beat the warranty service. I would recommend Kiwi anytime.

I have been a customer of Kiwi for 5-7 years and have typically received outstanding customer service. On the instances when service does not meet the mark Kiwi has been proactive in correcting the issue (and this is the exception and not the norm). My carpets are always cleaned thoroughly, the technician is professional and the process for scheduling is convenient and painless (I love the ability to chat with customer service online).

Kiwi continues to provide excellent customer service. I had to cancel an appointment with little notice due to a family emergency, when they followed up with me to reschedule they honored the discounts I received when initially scheduling and were just all around really accommodating!!

I've been a long-time Kiwi customer (20+ years to be exact). I have owned the same wall to wall carpeting in my home for the past 20 years and it is still in great shape. I credit this to usage (no shoes) and regularly scheduled carpet cleanings by Kiwi services over the years! I do recommend Kiwi Services for all of your carpet cleaning needs!

I have been using Kiwi services since 2014 when I lived in the Houston Metropolitan area. I have since relocated to the Atlanta Metropolitan area and was elated to learn that I can still get the same quality carpet cleaning services of which I was accustomed. The office staff and cleaning technicians are very friendly and professional. I am excited about the air duct cleaning service that was offered in response to my expressing that I have allergies. I felt that the staff member was genuinely concerned about our health and wellness which means a lot to me and my family. Not to mention I love that they use green products and a very nice citrus scent that is not overbearing in our home. Thank you Kiwi services for continuing to provide my family with high quality products and services.

I've used Kiwi Services for carpet cleaning for at least 10 years. They do a great job. They pick up the phone when you call, schedule you quickly and show up on time. The service technicians are polite and helpful and take pride in doing a good job. You can't beat the warranty cleanings; my only complaint is I probably don't take advantage of the services as much as I should. Highly recommended.

I've been using Kiwi Services since 2009 and here it is 2020 and I'm still using them. They haven't given me a reason yet to even try another carpet cleaning company. The technician was on time, courteous, any answered all of my questions. He really did a fantastic job on cleaning my carpet and it smells so fresh. I also like the fact that my carpet was completely dry in just 1 hour! That was a big plus since I had a new recliner sofa and chair delivered that same afternoon! Keep up the great work!

There's not much more I can add to my previous review. I always turn to Kiwi whenever I need my carpets cleaned. Kiwi employees are professional and do a thorough job. Carpets are ready to walk on quickly and old spots do not reappear after a day or so like they do with so many other carpet cleaning services. Once a spot is gone, it stays gone!!!! The Warranty follow-up visits for a year are awesome! I have been using Kiwi for years and will always come back to them!

I was very pleased with my experience with Kiwi Services. They communicated timing and pricing so you know exactly what to expect. The carpet on my stairs and living room looked better and there was absolutely no residue or odor afterward. The stains on my carpeted stairs were particularly difficult to get out and the team worked diligently to improve the appearance.

Orlando did a killer job. Our carpet buckled in 4 bedrooms and a hallway. We hired Kiwi to come out and re-stretch the carpet in those areas. The before and after pictures speak for themselves.
Excellent work, highly recommended!

UPDATE 3: After filing a complaint with the BBB, I finally got a reimbursement check for the services we didn't receive. The three month fiasco is finally over.

UPDATE 2: For whatever reason, Kiwi refused to issue a credit for the tile they didn't clean to the card that we had used originally to pay for this "service." Instead, the said they had to send refunds by check. Now it's been almost two months and we still don't have the check. I've called countless times and each time I'm told that they are "busy" and will reach out in a few days. What a joke. I've filed a complaint with the BBB.

In short, STAY AWAY.

INITIAL REVIEW: The Kiwi tech showed up in an unmarked truck and no uniform. She was nice enough but, having inspected her work, I literally can't remember the last time I was this mad. The carpet was barely vacuumed, there are missed hairs, bits of paper, etc all over the place, and the woman didn't even bother to clean under desk where all she'd need to do is move a rolling chair. By the looks of it, she completely skipped the tile cleaning and, according to a manager at Kiwi, flat out lied about having applied the tile sealer we paid for.

A manager scheduled us for a redo next week so we now have to take MORE time off work to see if they can actually do the work the second time. I will update the review afterward.

UPDATE 1: The guy who came out for the redo was better. He did a test patch on the tile and said they wouldn't do as good of a job on the cleaning as I do so they agreed to refund that portion of my payment. I was told that the refund will be sent by check in the mail in the next 30 days. The carpet was at least properly vacuumed this time. I won't try them again because we've hired others that have done better work in the past.

Recently cleaned 2 rugs and did a great job. Got rid of the urine smell and they look great. Did such a great job, I have them pick up 2 more rugs for cleaning. I've used KIWI for several years. Never been disappointed! Highly recommend!

Kiwi helped me with my home rugs last year and did such a great job I called them again. I moved from the Dallas area to South Texas and was a little concerned they wouldn’t be able to help me this year. Christine said absolutely they could help. I appreciate the professionalism, helpfulness and look forward to their service again.
