The owner Sarvia was very nice so professional! Made me feel very comfortable. My husband is very funny who he lets in our house. She reorganized my kitchen! Got rid of so many things not needed. I can breath. The next day Monica came cleaned our 2.5 bathrooms. She also very professional and pleasant. They look amazing! Next is our closets. We are very happy! Its so worth it! You get what you pay for!

Sarvia and Gabriella were amazing and did a wonderful job getting our home ready to sell! Not only are they great at what they do, but they are kind and we enjoyed having them in our home. Things can be a bit chaotic for us with two young children, cats, and dogs but they were patient and loving to all. They even took the time to explain multiple products and processes so that I can do them on my own in our new home out of state. I truly have nothing but great things to say about Sarvia and her company! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Update:
Sarvia to the rescue again! I had a rental property where the tenants vacated the house and left it in really bad condition. There was dust caked on baseboards, walls, door frames, inside cabinets, between stair rails, everywhere. The bathrooms had stains on the glass, in the shower, and in the grout that I wasn't sure would come out. I was prepared to have to replace everything. Sarvia did a thorough walk through of the entire house with me, making notes for her team as we went. On the day of the cleaning, an entire team showed up and stayed the whole day. I was stunned when I came back when they finished. The house looked like a whole new house. I hadn't even realized how dirty the floors had been until I walked in and saw how shiny the hardwood looked. Every nook and cranny, even inside every drawer in the kitchen was absolutely spotless. If anyone asks, I always recommend A Trusting Hand. Sarvia will make sure the job is done right.

Sarvia was an absolute life saver! A couple of days before move in, another company suddenly said they needed to reschedule to a day after move in. We had renovations done and there was dust everywhere! Sarvia herself jumped in and stayed all day and night to get our house cleaned. We were able to move in to a sparkling clean home. The team did a great job cleaning out house after we emptied the house for selling. They were very detailed; cleaning every slat of every blind throughout the house. Cleaning the windows. Getting all the corners and edges; each ceiling fan. It was a full days work.

We recently used A Trusting Hand for organizational services and deep cleaning. I cannot rave enough about the excellent job they have done. With their organizational services, everything was grouped and sorted and the system implemented has been very easy to follow. With working full time, having a toddler and expecting another baby soon, our clutter and disorganization had gotten out of hand. Sarvia and her team helped get us back on track and created organization through the house so simple that even my 3 year old has been following. We are so thankful that we found this business and I am so relieved knowing they will be helping maintain with our regular cleaning services as we expand our family.

We hired A Trusting Hand to come and do a deep clean on a new home. Our goal was to get a fresh start in an older home that had been somewhat neglected. Sarvia’s team blew us away! Instead of walking into a clean house, we walked into a completely transformed house. I am not exaggerating when I say we could have eaten off the floors. It felt like a full renovation had taken place. We had planned to have baseboards repainted and no longer needed to after her team cleaned them. They saved us a ton of money. We have since hired them to do bi-weekly cleanings and the cleaning crew already feel like old family friends. Trusting Hand came to my family’s rescue when my son was diagnosed with leukemia in May. Before we brought him home from the hospital we desperately needed a clean house for him to be in. His immune system was basically gone and spending my time with him in the hospital left no time for me to clean the house. Trusting Hand came in and deep cleaned the most used areas including my son’s bedroom and bathroom before we got home. They even returned to finish deep cleaning the least used rooms the following week. Now we are on a schedule with them to continue standard cleaning. I feel like this is one more task I don’t have to worry about and I completely trust them to be in my house and make it an appropriate environment for my son! You can expect a thorough and expansive job well done with detail and organization.

This was the first time I've ever used a cleaning service, but we purchased a new (bigger) home and I thought I could tackle it myself before moving in. I quickly realized I couldn't and started hunting around for cleaners; that's when I found A Trusting Hand. The reviews were great, so I called and was surprised when Sarvia (the owner) answered and came over that evening to go over cleaning plans, amazing! The next day four people arrived, promptly, (love the text messages to let me know they were on their way), and began work from 8-6 pm. Service was for a deep cleaning and this was for three floors. Tricia returned Friday all day and half day Saturday to clean the third floor, basement. Each day they went right to work and cleaned what would have taken me weeks to do myself. Customer service was amazing, everyone was super friendly and I trusted them. Sarvia was always available for questions and to walk through the rooms with me afterwards. The stove was a hot mess and it was like new afterwards. The shower was grunge, but was purged clean. Floors, baseboards, windows, mirrors, kitchen cabinets... all of it. Clean. Really impressed with the friendly, prompt, service, especially Tricia for coming out on a Saturday to finish the basement (they normally do not work weekends). We were able to move in much earlier than planned. Highly recommended! Thank you so much Sarvia and Crew, you all are the best!
