Trish looked over our shag rug and explained how the ground-in dirt would not completely come out. She also gave us a brief lesson on the types of rugs and durability. The cleaned rug looked great- minimal dirt still showing. Jeff helped my husband carry it out to the car. Both Trish and Jeff were very easy to talk to, very knowableable, and caring.

Trish and Jeff are great! The rugs I brought in came out great and done sooner than I was expecting. The cost was very reasonable. Benedict is now our go to for all our rug and carpet cleaning.

These guys are great! They are passionate about their job and that makes them very good at what they do. Room & Board recommended we use their services to clean a rug I accidentally sprayed with an organic pet product that caused light orange stains (the rug is natural wool, ivory color!). I thought I was going to have to throw the rug away, but the Benedicts saved it!

Benedict Cleaning did a wonderful job on my sisal rug. After a friend's dog peed on it, in very large spots, I thought it was ruined. Trish and Jeff warned me that I could get waffling/rippling after cleaning, but it turned out perfect. They have an advanced cleaning pool and a centrifuge for drying which minimized shrinking. I am so glad I took the chance and called them. Plus, they are super nice people and easy to work with, and my rug looks new again!

Brought my very large 14 x 22 foot hand woven wool rug to Benedict Fine Rug cleaning and they did a fantastic job cleaning it. The owners both took a long time meticulously explaining their rug cleaning procedures so I was in full knowledge of what to expect. We will be back for more rug cleaning and better rug pads for home soon.

We were gifted a wool Karastan rug from the 1960’s, and we could tell that it was beautiful but needed a deep clean. The Benedict’s did a fantastic job cleaning the rug. Their cleaning process and equipment are very impressive, and it was clear that they take pride in their business and providing excellent service. I've used Benedict Rug Cleaning for cleaning all my rugs: from the high traffic area such as kitchen & hallway to the light color rugs in regular areas. I was very impressed with the attention to detail and the rugs turned out great!! The owners have great knowledge of each rug material and they apply proper shampoos and technique to clean each rug. It's refreshing to find a business that takes such pride in their services. Highly recommend!

We had several elderly but classic oriental rugs cleaned- some of which have been in our family 35+ years, and were well loved- by us and generations of dachshunds. Jeff & Trish did a beautiful job cleaning them. They went from flat and tired to plush, luxurious and colorful. They look like brand new! What a thrill! They were also extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and by the time this extended project was over, felt like friends of the family. Wonderful experience! Would highly, highly recommend. Unusual expertise in cleaning handmade textiles- hard to find someone with this level of knowledge.

We recently had our large Pottery Barn rug cleaned by another company in Marietta. That company actually made it look worse and even damaged it in the process. We contacted Benedict Fine Rug Cleaning to see if they could make it look better. We wish we had contacted them from the beginning. Jeff and Trish were so helpful! We told them what happened to our rug and they offered very helpful feedback. They also explained the entire cleaning process to us and how it might help our rug. They were very clear from the beginning that they may not be able to make the rug perfect, but they would definitely try. They exceeded our expectations. Our rug looks 1000 times better than it did before. They took excellent care of the rug too. When we dropped it off, they rolled it out and we talked about the problem areas together. They then stored it safely until it was cleaned and rolled it up neatly for us to pick up. Their customer Service is A+! I would recommend them to anyone!! Wonderful owners and company!

I could not be happier with my rugs. After moving from NYC, my two Moroccan rugs were in need of a deep clean. Trish and her husband took care every step of the way, even helping to arrange pick-up and delivery since I don't have a car. Great service and amazing people.
