Jordana and her crew do a great job and are very accommodating.Three of them can clean our home in about 2-21/2 hours. If we have to be at home while they are cleaning they will begin on whichever floor is best for us. Jordana is great about getting back to us when we text her about wanting an extra cleaning or checking to see if we can move a time or day around when we are having company. She’s been keeping our home clean for years.

My wife and I lived in Atlanta for about a year, and we cannot say enough good things about how well Jordana and her cleaners took care of our home during that time. My Cleaning Lady is the absolute best! One of the main problems with finding a good, reliable cleaning service is communication. That will never be an issue here! The owner uses the latest technology to send automated reminders, and make payments easy. She is always available and responds quickly to questions. We've never had any scheduling issues after 6+ months of weekly service. On top of that, we have the same cleaner that we've gotten to know and love. This is a huge sign to me that not only do they treat their clients well, but the employees too - or they wouldn't stick around with smiles on their faces! The cleaning itself is amazing, so thorough and meticulous. We have a messy daughter who always has her arts and crafts all over her desk, and likes to hoard blankets. They always take the extra time to organize her workspace and fold her blankets into fun shapes. We also have real hardwood floors and they take special care of them and use only the cleaner brand and special "mop" that has to be used to keep them in great condition. I cannot recommend My Cleaning Lady enough, both as an excellent, woman-owned, minority-owned small business that does things right, and for exceptional cleaning service.
